My daughter had bought me a bumper-to-bumper detailing service. She spoke with Scott who explained to her that since the car was a 2013 that she had an additional fee of $75 which was no problem. I dropped the vehicle off on March 17 at 7:30 AM and 1/3 to pick up the vehicle at about 2 PM that afternoon When I arrived to see the detail, I was astonished and thrown back by the dirt and filth that was still existing in the vehicle, the car had looked as if it was never even vacuumed doorbell even wiped. I didn't proceeded to call Scott letting him know my concerns about the detail and that it was unacceptable the way that I was receiving this vehicle back so I would be aware after paying $250 for a detail and receiving the car back in this condition, I will post pictures. I did speak with Scott who said that he had two guys there to go over anything that may have been missed in the midst of the detail of what there was would take more than just a touchup to make me happy. I asked if I could leave the car another time so that it could be redone where he claimed absolutely not that he had spent enough time on this vehicle. I will show you in the pictures that the trunk was not even vacuumed nor was it White. The trunk jam was not wiped the door. Jams were not wiped. The sunroof jam was not wiped the interior had dirt and sand, and when I had asked him about it,.he said that glitter is hard to get out of the vehicle and as far as the trunk was concerned that they don't get into detail down underneath the spare tire Wall, so just putting this out there so that customers don't have to go through what I went through again consumer beware!! oh and also it was prepaid. So unprofessional. I called to get a quote for a full detail. Upon arriving I had changed my mind and just wanted the interior, at which point, I asked the person there what it would just for just that and he gave me another price without hesitation. About two hours after I get a text from, who appears to be the owner, telling me that the person who gave me the price for the interior only was mistaken and should have given me a much higher price. Then demanded I tip them because I "got a good deal". In the grand scheme of things, the gentleman did spend time cleaning my vehicle and so I did leave a tip on the basis of that and only that. After I picked my car up, I went to go buy some cleaning products because there were still things that could have been cleaned better. In the message he also made it a point to tell me that they wouldn't be cleaning the headliner. I'm not exactly sure why since it's part of the interior and every place that I called to verify what constitutes as part of the interior, verified that they also clean the headliners along with everything else in the interior. Since I can't post the screen shots of the text message he sent me demanding a tip and trying to making me feel bad for his lack of professionalism, I'll post it on Yelp. Needless to say I won't be returning. UPDATE 9.23.2019: The owner has been harassing me since yesterday with phone calls and messages to delete my reviews from Google and Yelp. Let me start off and preface by saying overall a 4.75. I contacted Scott off his reviews. I saw he had 1 bad review and I read it, which should have been corrected to a 5 star review now. Scott's prices were better then the other mobile detailing guys. We played phone tag for about a few weeks. Scott had time one day but I had to go to the west coast for a trip. He had time another day but I had to be somewhere else. We finally made plans with Scott as he was in Peru. The day of the trailer had a broken tire. Not a big deal. We rescheduled for the next day. Next day trailer was still broken, so Scott called me about a day later to schedule for the following day. Day finally came when his employee mike and his coworker arrived. Everyone seemed very nice. They just came from completing another car. I ended up getting the bumper to bumper 145 dollar job which included wash, wax clay bar, vacuum, shampoo and conditioner for the interior. Everything came out great for the most part. Overall I'd say a 4.5 for the cleaning. Few times I had to point some stuff out that was missed. Mike had no problem going over those areas. So not a big deal. He offered to help try to take a gauge out of the paint on another time. That is where the other .25 came in. My only negative review is there is all the black crud around the outline of the back window which meets the car as well as the streaks on my front and back windows. To be fair, usually you can't see those streaks during daytime hours and only can see them at night. Overall, my wife and I are happy with the job done. I'm sad they couldn't get the bug damage to the car or fix the gauge and scratches right then and there. I hope this review helps others who are deciding on mobile detailing people in the future as this is the first time I ever had a mobile detail person clean my car. read more

I bought a used car last month with some minor swirling on the paint. I'd seen Florida's Finest's ads and they looked good, so I figured I'd give them a shot. When I brought my car in, Scott looked it over and said it would be an easy fix. He gave me a very fair price and I left it with him for the weekend. When I picked it up on Monday, the swirls were gone, but it looked like it had rub marks all over it. I had another shop look at it and they said that they're called holograms and they can happen if you're not careful with dark paint. I get that this takes a good amount of skill, but I'd hope that a business like this would know how to do it right or at least say they can't. I don't even want to take it back to him to have it fixed. Please do your research before having any work done to your car. I'm currently working with my bank to get refunded as Florida's "Finest" didn't want to give me a full refund. read more

I absolutely do not recommend this business. Scott worked on my car this afternoon and he was extremely rude to me and my coworkers while at my job today. He half ass vacuumed my seats and floors and he also carelessly tore my leather seat. He completely skipped cleaning the back row and didn't do the center console in the front at all. I now need to pay someone else to clean the rest of what he failed to do today and also to fix my leather seat. When my shift at work was over today, I went out to the parking lot to get my keys back and pay. I must have missed him when I was walking down the stairs because shortly after I got outside my coworker called me saying Scott was in the lobby asking where I was because I needed to pay him. He rudely told my coworkers that he was not waiting on me to come back up and that he was going to charge my boss's credit card and I could pay him back! When I made it back upstairs, I apologized (as if it was my fault) and proceeded to give him my credit card. He didn't look up from his phone once and rudely said "cash or check or I'll charge you more". Fine. I asked him who I could make the check out to and he said "I go by cash". I later found out I should have never done that because now there is no trace of him working on my car... sneaky sneaky I'm so glad my coworkers got to witness this because now they can leave bad reviews about this man's terrible customer service. Unprofessional and Untrustworthy. I hired Florida's Finest to wash and wax my boat and clean and polish the aluminum on the T-Top of my 21-foot center console. I spoke to Scott and explained that the boat was just re-gel-coated and needed a complete wash and wax of the topside to seal the new gel-coat. In addition, there was overspray on the aluminum that needed to be removed. Scott said, a complete wash, wax and sealing would be $400 and an additional $100 to clean and shine the aluminum T-Top. The technician who worked on the boat was there for only two and a half hours, showed up after 11am and left well before 2pm. In the phone call with the technician after he finished, he indicated that he washed the entire boat, polished the gelcoat, waxed and sealed the entire top side gel-coat, cleaned the aluminum and then polished the aluminum. I was a bit surprised that anyone could do all that in 2 and a half hours, so we went to check on his work. When we arrived at the boat at 2pm we saw how little was done it became apparent why it took only a few hours. The boat was never thoroughly cleaned and there was dirt and grime on the boat deck. In addition, the technician only waxed the gunnels and center console. The technician never cleaned the aluminum and just wiped it with polish. When I spoke with the technician again on the phone after I examined the boat, I asked him why he did not wash the boat, or wax anywhere else but the gunnels and center console. He stated that they do not wax non-skip. I said, the purpose of the job was to seal the new gel-coat, as was agreed to with Scott. I asked why he did not clean the aluminum and just sprayed it with polish. He said cleaning the aluminum is would be a separate job. I asked then why would you spray polish on the aluminum if it needed to be cleaned? He had no answer other than I should call Scott. I sent Scott pictures of the uncleaned boat and the wax that was only applied to the gunnels and console. When I spoke to Scott several weeks later since he was away on vacation, he was extremely aggressive stating his technician did what was agreed to. I said, he did not clean the boat as we agreed too and as shown in the pictures. Would you wax a car before you washed it!! The technician only waxed a small section of the boat, less than 20% as seen in the pictures. I stated to Scott, that we agreed to seal the gel-coat on the entire top side of the boat. Scott indicated that the entire boat was sealed, however according to the technician last phone conversation, "he stated he only did part of the boat and did not clean the aluminum." Scott then contacted me and offered to have the technician come back and finished the job. I stated, that would not be required since I had already hired someone else to redo the job since it had been weeks since I tried to contact him with no response. Again, if they supposedly had done the job, why would he offer to have them come back to complete the job. read more

Showed up a little late (ok) I told him I would be on the road, gave him my shop address told him the girl in the office had a blank check ( in case of un for seen incidentals and I was not back in time ) That's when everything went south first he couldn't find the place ( I gave him address for g.p.s. And known land marks ( like MET stadium) Then the calls started Couldn't find the place. Other cars parked too close. I told him where the keys were and he could pull in my shop if wanted. Paint is rough,interior is stained. It's gonna be a little more I told him whatever it is please do a nice job. Note: vehicle has 38,000 miles and is garage kept professionally cleaned every year ( my old guy retired). Well when all was said and done I've been cleaning missed areas for 2 days. Oh I asked him why he didn't do wheels or wheel wells he said because he didn't have a pressure washer. I have a small s.u.v. Today I had a step stool out to replace a broken antenna mast. ( it was broke not by him). I found out the roof had never been cleaned or waxed. Original agreed price was $150. Ended up being $200. He has not only lost me as a customer he has lost 3 of my neighbors , 2 motor homes , 3 boats and numerous vehicles Word of advice " pass on this guy" I would have given him no stars but it wouldn't allow!!! read more

I paid top dollar for a full detail, inside and out, which was suppose to include carpet and upholstery shampoo, and exterior was and polish. Well they did shampoo the front seats and carpets, but never vacuumed between the seats. They skipped cleaning the rear carpets and seat upholstery because they said it didn't need it. Excuse me, then why did I pay for it. The vehicle had been smoked in and even thought the back seat was hardly ever used, it needed to be cleaned, and that's what I paid for. As far as the rest of the interior, just a rush job. Didn't even wipe down the doors or dash with any type of cleaner. As far as the outside, it was a decent job, but they decided to skip putting the polish on the roof. I paid really good money for a rush job, and they only cleaned what they felt like cleaning. Most unprofessional owner I have ever dealt with. I touched base with Scott to have my car detailed a couple of weeks ago. He said he could do it most likely on Friday but couldn't give me a time and that didn't work for me. So then I offered him to detail my car at my workplace. He then said, we don't go that area. Then he touches base with me yesterday, 2 weeks later to do my car. I had nicely told him that i already had it done elsewhere since he could not accommodate my schedule when i needed it done.
