Not the hands-on detailed service that they promised. I tried to get to the attention of one of the detailers to show them the spots that I was wiping off, but they were working on another car and not paying attention so I just left.

I then asked him for advice for some mold around the windows. Needless to say he came back with some polish and a rag and helped me take off all the mold. They were kind, patient, and not afraid to help even though it's self serve. Definitely would recommend!
