About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. The lighting isn't great for photos at the moment but I'll be trying to add some later for anyone who's looking for examples of the work. I was not kept informed about the progress of my vehicle, and every time I reached out, I either received vague answers or no response at all. On top of that, they took my 17 year old son to Enterprise Rental to get a rental because they could not finish the work which according to the manager was only going to take 30 minutes. This after we had our car there for 3 weeks and was delivered at our home in a rush and none of the parts were put back together . The front light was not working that's is the reason why we had to return it . We have waited another week to get a call that the parts were in . Something that according to them was only going to take a few minutes has taken today 3 hours and it won't even be completed. The quality of the work done was unacceptable. The job was clearly rushed and not completed to a professional standard, which is very frustrating considering the time and money involved. Good customer service includes honesty, clear updates, and delivering quality work--none of which I experienced here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I'll try to keep this short, although you won't be able to grasp the disrespect and aggravation I endured when I leave out all the specific details. I needed body work done on my bumper/back end and passenger side of my vehicle. Although I was advised by others to go to Jupiter Auto Body, I decided on Caliber due to their proximity to my home. I wish I had listened to the advice. Caliber had my vehicle for four weeks. Once I picked my vehicle up, we're going to fast forward five weeks with five additional appointments at Caliber, and my vehicle still wasn't fixed (POV, I have an 8am-5pm job and in those last five weeks I was not privy to a rental/loaner vehicle so I had to rely on Uber, or call in favors for drop offs and pickups). My vehicle's warning alerts and electrical aides (back-up camera, automatic braking, BSW, AHC, etc.) were working sporadically, if at all. Numerous times during those five weeks I had suggested/asked, to no avail, for Caliber to take the bumper off and check the rear connections related to my warning alert system, since that was the area they were supposed to repair. I had googled the issues my vehicle was having and this was listed as a potential culprit. Throughout those five weeks, I also discovered additional issues regarding their work; my liftgate power close button was hanging out of its mounting cavity deeming it useless for closing my liftgate, and one of my liftgate running lights was cracked. Caliber denied any wrong doing and I was told my car drove and operated "just fine". I was blown off, written off, they wouldn't answer my phone calls or call me back. That's how they treat their customers. Last resort was to take my vehicle to the dealership in WPB for an accurate diagnosis for the electrical problems. I was not surprised when the dealership in came back and confirmed that Caliber Collison had "RIGGED" (their word not mine) the installation of the mounting bracket that houses the BSW radar, which is located under the bumper, and necessary for my warning alerts and electrical aides to work properly. Caliber used metal washers on three out of the four connection sites in an attempt to compensate for the uneven and incorrect installation of the bracket. After repairing my vehicle correctly, which took them about three hours, the dealership emailed Caliber with the invoice for the repair work which stated their aforementioned "RIGGED" find. Caliber never called, emailed or texted an apology for dismissing me, the disrepair they did to my vehicle, making me run around for an additional five weeks, spending money for multiple Ubers and cashing in favors from friends and relatives. Save your vehicle from additional damage and yourself from headaches, lost time from work, lost time in genera and out-of-pocket money, go anywhere other than Caliber Collision. Lastly, I took my vehicle to Jason's Auto Shop in Jupiter, and they fixed my liftgate power close button, and installed a new running light in less than 30 minutes. It took less than 3.5 hours to correctly finish repairing my vehicle, which Caliber Collision couldn't do in five weeks.
