spent $2,300.00 for all fluids to be recycled and new put in! brakes, total 4 way all around! took back 4 times personally and my daughter 3x for brakes squealing! twice when they pulled the rear wheels, it was missing a major bolt that attaches to the rotor! both bolts were missing and the mechanic replaced them right away! not blaming him, but "he was the mechanic that did the replacement brake work and was as pleasant as possible! read more

I got here early and was not expecting to be let in until 8:00 a.m. exactly, or even possibly after, but they let me in a few minutes early which was super nice! If you are on Yelp, they give $35 off for synthetic oil change! Check in when you get here! You have to turn the car off for them to obviously work on it, but the technician (Bernard) was so nice, he opened my window and put this tube through that was cold air so I was not sweating while waiting! Personalized AC! I mean I can't say much about an oil change, it is what it is, but they were nice and polite and did not pressure me to buy any extra goods or services. They did tell me what was low, or dirty, but were not pushy or upset when I said I could change it myself. I only went here because I had a $20 off coupon - and yet, it was still the most expensive oil change I have ever had by a LONG shot. My boyfriend thought they ripped me off, but I have read enough reviews and it seems what I paid is normal. I drive a LEXUS SUV and I have never paid more than $40-$50 for a regular oil change. When I drove up, I was offered $80 oil change and a $100 one. Geez. I said, I guess the $80. Then they convinced me to buy a $25 air filter. Thankfully I had $20 off coupon. Even still, it was over $100. Service was fine/friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes, but the oil change place I used to go to was 1/2 of that and took the same amount of time. I had my oil changed 5000 miles ago. During the oil change the rep told me I had "water" in my brake amd could change it for me...I declined. Today had my oil changed at a competitor who said there were over 11 quarts of oil (overfilled put in by JL) drained. Takes 7.4 quarts. Also told me my brake system is a closed system without a way for water to get inside. Would not recommend jiffy lube at this site. read more

Once again I have to give props to Jiffy Lube on Indiantown Rd in Jupiter. I am here for an oil change. I always get it done here because they are quick and cheap. I can always find a coupon. Today, all the techs are masked, giving me in-car service; I remain in my car while they work. They are piping fresh AC in through the passenger window to keep me comfortable. Best of all, they have informed me that I don't actually need the oil change and my computer just needs to be reset. My bill today was $10.60 for a replacement brake light. Honesty. Integrity. Had a really bad experience at this Jiffy Lube. When a regular oil change turned into an up sell of transmission fluid, my transmission failed within 2 weeks. This was an ongoing small claims case and they denied and tried to cover up every mistake they made. I wouldn't bring your vehicle here, the basic service was done poorly, tire caps not put back on after they filled tires with air, and lacked professionalism. read more

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Northlake with a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change. I have been to two other oil change businesses nearby and just showed them the Groupon Coupon on my iPhone and walked out satisfied. Here they charged me $15 above the Groupon price saying they provided services not listed with Groupon. When I questioned the extra charge, they said they have a right to the extra charge. I paid the $15, but will never go back there again. I now get the satisfaction of knowing that those of you who read this will also stay away from this particular business. read more

I took my mom's car here for an oil change. Do not get your oil changed here; these people are criminals. There is no synthetic oil change in the world that should cost more than $89 plus tax. They attempted to charge me $129 for an $89 oil change. This explains why I was the only customer there. I told him that was crazy that A full change synthetic oil should not ever cost more than $89,so he instantly knocked off $15, and I also think they were planning to put windshield wipers on my car which they always try to sell you. The car had less than 15,000 miles on it so no way in hell it needs new wipers. Sitting in your car and they said they will put an air conditioning tube in there so I would be comfortable but I had to ask them to put it in three times All the AC tube was doing was blowing tepid air, so it wasn't worth a shit. They also put in an air filter that I didn't ask for but they didn't forget to charge me for it. I didn't want or need an air filter, but they put it in without asking and billed me for it. The final straw was when they put a 5000 mile oil change sticker on the car when they know goddamn well synthetic oil will go 15,000 miles in any car that isn't hauling trailers. That's blatant dishonesty or abject ignorance, take your pick. Either way I'm not taking my mom's car back there ever again. Overpriced oil, hard sell windshield wipers and other shit make this place a very very very overpriced oil change station run by dishonest people. Get your oil changed somewhere else. ANYWHERE else! I truly don't understand how European Synthetic Oil, for 7 quarts gets you a grand total of $147.34 bill at Jiffy Lube. Normally a Synthetic Oil change will cost around $80 (which isn't bad) for my mom's BMW so I was stupid enough not to ask at this location "how much will a synthetic oil change be for this car?" So instead of getting a quote and see what other locations were offering price-wise for this car, I had to pay the $147.34. I'm guessing the owner or the manager (wore a red shirt, sits in the office most of the time) when he came to my car didn't even say "An oil change for this car would cost $xx, would you still like to do the oil change?" I look at the bill on their computer and somehow it added all up, but in my mind I added it all up because I didn't believe them, but here's the cost; -- $104.99 + $19 for the oil and filter (with the extra quarts needed) -- $10 to flush the oil (add-on I choose since my mom doesn't do any maintenance to the car) -- Jiffy Lube adds a $3.97 fee to dispose of the oil properly -- $9.34 for tax --- $147.34 total Note, they needed to buy a filter to they ordered and it came to the location in about 10 minutes. Don't get my wrong, even though it's their job to check the whole car, to inspections and tell you what's wrong or not wrong, Jiffy Lube if you're reading this, don't led customers into a scare tactic saying "you might get pulled over" over taillights and wiper blades. One of the wiper blades was off and they offered to change it for $25 - $28 dollars, I don't know the exact number. But then inside on the TV it shows the wiper blades are sold and get it installed for $14.99. Where is that extra money going to? Also, wanted $99 for a service option to put brake fluid in while the fluid cost like $4 - $6 at Walmart. What a price jump that is. Decent service, but a horrible business model. I might have my friend do my oil or go to the Valvoline (see what they cost) a few miles away next time. I came today for a routine Oil change. And they gave me a "courtesy" inspection. I was informed that my brake pads were "extremely dangerous" and needed to be replaced immediately. They could however accommodate me right then and there, for a mere $1191.67. I politely told him that the price was egregious and I would go elsewhere. Keeping in mind that my brakes while "low" are still functional and the wear sensor has not activated I went down the road to another national chain and was quoted under $500 for the same exact service as I provided them with the exact quote. These aggressive sales tactics are unethical and predatory. I will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate office. read more

Every time I have gone in here, I have been treated like a treasured customer. Not to mention the manager is always on top of things and keeps the place running smoothly while offering extremely pleasant customer service. They are honest, friendly, efficient, and most importantly have an awesome mechanic named Kirby who is as honest and smart as they come, diagnosing and even working to troubleshoot things that were beyond the scope of many mechanics I have used in the past. Twice I have gone in there getting a diagnosis lickity split that was right on the nose accurate of car issues that others were giving me the run around over. They are AMAZING. Honestly, I have gone into several Jiffy Lubes and this one is by far superior in every way that matters. Not only that but they educate their customers and are straight up on their services, pricing and availability of parts. As a lady, I really appreciate this. Thought I would share my experience at Jiffy Lube on 324 Indiantown Rd. Coy, who I assume is a manager actually chewed me out for using a groupon, telling me I was lowering the numbers for his store, which I assume means they are tied to a bonus. He than walked out of the room mid apology, shutting the door on me. 3 days later I notice my car is steady leaking oil. I check my oil and I am almost empty. Thank god I didn't blow the engine. I return to store, to get topped off and had cap screwed on tight. No issues since though I am sure the neighbors aren't to happy about the new oil stains on our street. Additionally, when he finished the original oil change he told me I needed a tune up to fix a fuel leak. I didn't have a fuel leak so I declined. Well, prophecy fulfilled, because I now had a major fuel leak. I didn't notice it there, though the next day the smell of gasoline was overwhelming. I called corporate and was told the franchise owner at that location would call me, he never did. I shared this on my local towns Facebook group and had over 200 comments by people who claimed they were also screwed over by this particular branch. I wanted to believe Coy was the only crook there though it sounds like the whole location has been steadily scamming customers. Stay away. read more

Shop can pretty much only do basic service (oil change, tire rotation, wiper replacement). If you have any real issue you need to take it somewhere else. i asked for a standard LOF and grease the drive train ,steering., not taken care of. And asked to find which u-joint is squeaking , not taken care of. The coolant flush was quoted as $40 and went to 140 when completed. The constant push everything is broke on the vehicle, with exhorbitant labor fees, gets annoying after the third remark , my nearly new air cleaner was called "dried out and needs replacing when all it needed was to be blown out with an air nozzle for the minimal dirt in the filter. next was my battery was bad as the starter was turning slow ...it's actually the starter drive end bushings need replacing , not the battery. Watch these guys ,like tire kingdom will try to sell a whole lot of stuff to you They were pretty quick but didn't do what i asked , likley will not return. They told her if she didn't it would void her warranty. I went to Jiffy Lube the other day because I needed new brakes. They took my car for a test drive and without ever looking at my brakes, told me I needed all new rotors and brake pads. They quoted me OVER $1100!!! After saying absolutely not and trying to leave, they continued to haggle the price and try to give me a "deal", offering multiple prices and making it to $925 as I walked out the door. I went down the street and got all the work down within a few hours for $600. To charge almost double for the same amount of work is absolutely outrageous. This business will take advantage of you. I am changing my review because sometimes a company can change. Jiffy Lube is a company that will try and upsell you on everything. I know they make money that way, but sometimes they can be really pushy and do not take no for an answer. However they are quick, efficient, and most of the guys are great. You can get a change from $19.99- $25.00 and they do a good job. Update again - went here this week for an oil change and they forgot to close my hood down and lock it down. We were getting ready to get on the freeway and then we heard a weird noise pulled over and realize they had not actually shut our hood. I contacted Jiffy Lube and they promptly called me to apologize, but that kind of mistake is very very dangerous. Just make sure you check yours! read more

It is their job to recommend services your vehicle needs, those services come with a price tag and people din't like to pay for things they cannot see. This does not mean the recommendations are not valid. When you see someone stranded on the side of the road, rest assured, they are probably great at playing the expert when it comes to care maintenance - and turning down services.
