WORST PLACE EVER!!!! If I could give this location zero stars I would. My wife had surgery today, when we left the hospital we picked up a nail. I tired to put the spare on but one lug was slightly rounded off. So I go in to this location explain all the above to "Ian" and was immediately told, "yeah we can do it but it will be two hours"?!! In disbelief I limp my car over to Walmart, buy an air pump and plug kit and do it myself. I can not believe the lack of compassion from this little prick. I've filed a complaint to their corporate office and recommend that if you need any tire service done, you find somewhere else. Do NOT go here. Read on: I made an appointment for a Saturday morning oil change for my Honda (it uses synthetic oil). My appointment time was for 07:30 when the store opens. I was told when I made the appointment the service would take 1 hour for the oil/filter change including the free tire rotation that is part of the service. I arrived early and was told by the Manager that 2 employees called out sick, therefore the service would take longer than 1 hour since there were 8 cars leftover from the day before. He told me to return after 12:30 for my car. I couldn't wait 5 hours so I asked for an earlier time of 10:00 AM. He made a counter-offer of 10:30 and I agreed. I returned at 10:30 and found my car parked in the same spot I left it, untouched. The man working the counters did not know if my car was ready yet and then he spent 10 minutes looking for the job slip and keys. He couldn't find them in the lobby or in the auto shop. He finally returned to say my car would be done in 30 minutes. While he looked for my keys, the employees in the lobby were verbalizing how upset they were that 2 guys called out sick leaving the shop short-handed. They talked in front of customers how rotten a place it was to work with the manager. Meanwhile, the manager was in the auto bay arguing with employees about working the schedule he assigns and yelling to them "tough shit if you don't like it!" I then stood outside and watched the technician bring my car into a bay, put it on a lift and change the oil/filter. He never rotated the tires! He brought me my car and I asked him why he didn't rotate my tires. He said he did rotate them even when I confronted him with his lie. Fucking amazing that he kept a straight face. As he walked back into the shop, he stopped to argue with the manager who told him he needed to work late to cover the absent employees. He said "fuck you! I'm not working overtime for $8 an hour!" The manager replied back with his "fuck you, yes you will!" in return. All of this in front of customers. Incredible. I paid for my oil change. Had to. I didn't get my free tire rotation. Not surprised they skipped the free stuff so they could catch up on falling behind. I then noticed the window decal reminding of the next oil change had the $20 dollar 10/W30 oil checked off, not the $70 synthetic oil it is supposed to have, oil I paid for. Who knows what the hell they put in my and other peoples cars? I then got a "courtesy call" 2 days later asking me how I liked my service and to please come again. Never! What a great experience. The manager Joey Mendoza helped me select new rims and tires for my new weekend fun...a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I've used them in the past for all my business and personal vehicle tires, but never for new rims and specialized tires. I am thrilled with the outcome and have enjoyed getting to know Joey on a more personal level. I needed a tire rotation and put in a call to this location. I was told on the phone the rotation was free. I mentioned I hadn't bought my tires from them and asked again what the price was and the person on the phone said it would be free. After they rotated my tires I was told it was $19.99, it would have been free with an oil change....something they failed to mention on the phone and in person. Although not a lot of money and not worth fighting over, it does make me question their integrity when it comes to pricier automotive services. If they can't be upfront about a simple rotation cost, I am hesitant to return for any future visits. read more

I needed 4 tires and they took care of me period. No rip offs, they met a competitor in price, I was skeptical as I was a woman hoping not to be taken advantage of. I wasn't. They rock!!! Thank you! (Having problem getting rebate with Continental Tires, who says they may not be affiliated with this Tire kingdom, but that is not their fault. Nothing worse than car trouble when your away from home. I had a flat, put my spare on and then my other front tire went flat. Unfortunately the tires on my car we're not a popular size however tire Kingdom had similar style tires my size in stock. They were extremely busy but they were able to get two new tires on my car plus a front and alignment and had me back on the road in a little over an hour. I would honestly give this place zero stars if that were an option. They are always behind. Always have an excuse; techs out sick etc. If you schedule an appt that doesn't seem to matter. Had a 5pm alignment scheduled. It's 8:18 and still not done. They told me 20-30 min 3+ hours ago. Don't waste your time here. You'd be better off anywhere else. This is one of the worst run mech and tire shops I've ever been to. read more

This place is awful. I came in with a simple oil leak, and Joey quoted me $800 to replace my entire oil housing unit. First of all, to replace the entire thing still would not be $800. Second, I then took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube to take a look and after doing quick diagnostic tests (which Tire Kingdom DID NOT), they found that I only needed to replace the oil pan gasket, something that is included with a simple oil change. ALL I had to do was get an oil change!!! After being in the lobby of Tire Kingdom for only 10 minutes, I knew this place was a joke. They talked about their customers behind their backs within the lobby, rudely turned people away that had called ahead and traveled to the location specifically to get service, and more. It's ridiculous. If you want to throw your money away for no reason at all, and GET RIPPED OFF, go to Tire Kingdom. Otherwise, I suggest you go elsewhere. read more

I've been going to this store for 4 years now. For tire service they are fine. You cannot screw tires up that easily. For routine or more complicated mechanical work I would try somewhere else. Routine mechanical work will cost you additional money and 1-2 additional trips as they do not check their work. More complicated work just forget about it. I got new tires here. They did a good job on the car, from what I can tell. One employee was older, very personable gentleman but didn't know how to work the computer system. Another was young, obnoxious and rude but did know the computer system. I'm not sure this place is any better or worse than its competitors. read more

Bought 4 new Sumitomo tires for my sports car including a service plan. I've always gotten good prices there but service time is horrible as is their communication. Today I've returned because 2 tires have slow leaks. Wait time was said to be 2 hrs. I returned after 2 hrs to find my car still sitting in the parking lot. After I questioned them, they put it up on the rack. An hour later I'm still looking at it through the window up on the rack. At least 3 other people in the waiting area had similar complaints. Hey Tire Kingdom, my time is valuable too. Next time I'll spend a little more money at your competitors for better service. read more

I've purchased tires and services and they seem to do an okay job at decent prices. But SLOW. I had an appointment at 3 pm and told them I'd be back at 5 pm. Got here at 4:45 and my car was right were I left it - untouched. Was then told I was "next". What a joke. Unlikely to return. read more

I waited in the lobby for twenty minutes. Employees kept walking by and saying "somebody will be right with you." Finally somebody walked in and said yeah who's next and woman quickly rushed ahead. Caveat emptor: After calling several tire businesses, I made an appointment with Tire Kingdom on Bush (off Indiantown) because they gave me the best quoted price on tires for my Toyota RAV4. I was told the tires would be in stock and the appointment would take about an hour or slightly more. When I arrived, there was no mention of my appointment and they didn't have my tires in stock. I was told they could have them in the next day for $250 more than the quoted price. When I questioned why I wasn't in their appointment book (if they even have one) and that the "store price" was quite a bit higher than what I had been told on the phone, I was ignored by the salesman. Instead he proceeded to tell me about his "million dollar alignment machine" and how much I needed an alignment, my tires were wrongly worn, blah, blah, blah. It's a 2015 car and I didn't think an alignment was really necessary. I just wanted new tires NOT a condescending sales pitch. I bought my tires at Costco which was a pleasant basketball free experience e and well worth the membership price. I would NEVER do business at this store. read more

AVOID!!!! Worst service I've ever experienced. I understand they are busy so left our car and gave them a phone number to contact us when it was ready. Received a call saying the tires are on the car and it's ready to pick up. An hour later we arrive to see the car on a lift with NO tires on it. After waiting for an hour I talked to the person who originally called us and told him my issue was not the amount of time it was taking but that he had called and told us to collect the car when it had not even been worked on. I understand being confronted about a mistake makes people defensive but I was then told "do you wanna know why it's taking so long" followed by him trying to make excuses that it's our car being a problem that caused it to take so long. So clearly what I said was not acknowledged because once again, was not the amount of time it took it was being told to come pick the car up when it wasn't close to being ready. Between the misinformation, waiting an hour, and attitude from the employee who made a mistake I will most definitely NEVER use this location again. read more

My wife brought in her Jaguar XK it had a small nail in tire which I pulled out, and put in tire fixit which held great until we got off highway and to Tire Kingdom. She advised Steve that we injected the fixit and she could not locate the lock key for lug nut on tire. She was advised they would cut it off and fix tire. $50.00 for lug deal and $50.00 to patch tire. Once again tire has not lost any air yet. I advised my wife to call them and advise lug key was in with spare tire. She called Steve but too late they already took off lug nut and repaired tire. Getting home from my business trip 3 days later I noticed tire pressure was really low. Not only was the Tire lug not cut off as told it was, the tire was not repaired. So $50.00 dollars for nothing on the lug cutoff and $50.00 for a tire not repaired. I brought car into Goodyear where I work and asked them to check patch maybe the tire fixit added an issue to patch holding. Was shown no patch at all. They just ripped of my wife for lug cutoff and tire repair. read more
