The visit I had at the previous business wasn't spectacular; however, this was a far better experience. I've desperately needed my car detailed and have struggled with the idea of letting anyone touch it due to COVID-19 concerns. In passing by this location, I've noticed the staff wearing masks and it's also very clean so I decided to entertain taking my car here. I researched the business hours early Sunday morning and stumbled across a Groupon offer. The deal combined with the convenient opening time of 8AM persuaded me to give in to my germaphobic fears. I'm really happy I did! I opted for the full service deal and there happened to be a 20% promo offer. I paid $11.25 in the end. I got more than my money's worth! I pulled up to the car wash and the staff were both friendly and patient. As I mentioned above, I hadn't visited this location since they changed hands so I wasn't privy to the fact one remains in the car when it goes through the wash. That being said, I was extremely confused and not complying very well with their guidance. I'm sure they had some good conversation once I caught on, lol. Nonetheless, they were good sports about it! The Groupon was scanned when I pulled up so payment was essentially taken care of at time of service eliminating the need to go into the lobby. After I drove through the wash portion, I circled around to the back where Junior detailed both the inside and exterior of my car. My dashboard and seats looked great and my floor mats and tires haven't been this clean in a LOOOOONG time! WOW! Due to the fact I purchased the Groupon on my iPhone with Apple Pay and was coming from a run, I didn't have cash to tip nor did I have a debit card for the ATM inside. Needless to say, I asked Junior his name and promised to return. For the record, I did return within the hour. ;) Junior was friendly and professional and did a superb job detailing my car and so were the other gentlemen who assisted and worked there. Finally, the manager was also very friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely return to this establishment and recommend this car wash to others in need of an affordable detail.

I dropped the vehicle off on March 17 at 7:30 AM and 1/3 to pick up the vehicle at about 2 PM that afternoon When I arrived to see the detail, I was astonished and thrown back by the dirt and filth that was still existing in the vehicle, the car had looked as if it was never even vacuumed doorbell even wiped. I didn't proceeded to call Scott letting him know my concerns about the detail and that it was unacceptable the way that I was receiving this vehicle back so I would be aware after paying $250 for a detail and receiving the car back in this condition, I will post pictures. I did speak with Scott who said that he had two guys there to go over anything that may have been missed in the midst of the detail of what there was would take more than just a touchup to make me happy. I asked if I could leave the car another time so that it could be redone where he claimed absolutely not that he had spent enough time on this vehicle. I will show you in the pictures that the trunk was not even vacuumed nor was it White. The trunk jam was not wiped the door. Jams were not wiped. The sunroof jam was not wiped the interior had dirt and sand, and when I had asked him about it,.he said that glitter is hard to get out of the vehicle and as far as the trunk was concerned that they don't get into detail down underneath the spare tire Wall, so just putting this out there so that customers don't have to go through what I went through again consumer beware!! oh and also it was prepaid.
