Originally I Was told the job would take three hours, for a price of $249. Which I agreed to. Once the detailers got here, he said if I wanted the tiny strip area around my windows done as well, it would be an extra $50 because it would take him an extra 30 minutes. They knew I was on a time restriction because they had to be finished by 3 o'clock for a showing on my house. So I agreed because of the extra time And felt it would make him hurry up and finish the job so that I could show my house at the scheduled time. They finished in LESS THAN TWO HOURS and still charged me $300. When I questioned the extra $50 that I was originally told was because it would take him so much longer, he said no, the 50 extra dollars is for the trim around the windows. So, beware that when you are paying for someone to buff your car, that different parts of the car, which should be included, are going to cost you extra. It's like selling someone my house and then saying "OH YOU WANT THE AIR CONDITIONING? That's extra" How about I come to clean your house, and tell you (after we have already agreed to a price), that if you want me to clean the floors that's extra. Wouldn't go over too well. Car looks fine but I don't like getting jerked around for more money once they show up at my house. *** After speaking with Francesca at the office, she is now accusing me of making up stories, and insist that the detailers were there for longer than they said they were. Even though I have screenshots, and timestamps, and there are cameras all over my driveway. Not to mention the fact that, doesn't everyone know that Tesla records everything happening on the outside of their vehicle??. It's infuriating that after I write a review, she says that they were there for a little OVER two hours. Which somehow justifies a price increase, not agreed to, for "the trim" around my windows? It's part of the car. I watched the guys merely wipe the area. It literally didn't even take them five minutes. Now she is threatening to "report me". What a scammy business they are running.

The process was easy--getting a quote and scheduling didn't feel like a hassle at all, which I appreciated. Price was reasonable and the results are awesome. The car definitely looked better overall when I left. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. There was a glob of wax on one of my interior doors and visible wax residue on my outside door handles. My windshield was also left streaky. No big deal; I wiped it off myself, but for the $53 package I'd hoped they'd pay more attention to detail. More concerning, I noticed that my passenger-side floor mat was missing when I got into my car after the wash. I purchased my car new and it originally had a full set of distinct rubber mats. When I brought it up to the gentlemen who let me back into my car, I was told only three mats were removed during cleaning, but I know there were four. I didn't raise this with a manager at the time, which I regret, but I wanted to share my experience so others can double-check their vehicles before leaving. Overall, decent cleaning in some areas, but attention to detail and accountability could be improved. If you go here, I urge you to take your items out of your car and take photos of your mats or anything that can be removed.
