I paid for the Ultimate and they were here less than 2 hours. My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I would say they have on average, 10 cars there at any one time. And everything from a Toyota to a Rolls Royce and Bentley. I quickly decided to bring mine in and get it detailed (inside and outside). They did a fantastic job, actually the best detail I've eve had; weeks later, my car still looks beautiful. They didn't forget one thing on the car; it's clean, spotless, and perfect. I also had them fix 4 dings/dents in my car, so now it really looks brand new.
