George detailed our vehicle and was professional and is incredibly meticulous in his work. Our car was very dirty with lots of dog hair and cedar mulch. When George was finished, everything was extremely clean and smelled fresh. There was no evidence of us transporting dogs or yard supplies. Exceptionally disappointed. Made arrangements to have my lease car detailed as it was being inspected the next morning for return. Appointment was for 11am, no one showed up for almost 1.5 hours, no phone call. I called them and told "5 min away". I returned from work at 6pm and found the following: 1. Leather seats not wiped down and conditioned 2. Center console dirty, never vacuumed or cleaned out 3. Center console sides not wiped down, coffee stains and other stains not removed 4. Very poor vacuuming of interior 5. Garbage left in both back seat doors, not cleaned out 6. Exterior scuff marks not polished out 7. Rear hatch significant dirty water marks and not polished 8. Right front bumper not polished I had to come home after working 12 hours to haul out a vacuum, purchase leather conditioner, buffing compound and use cleaners on interior console to get my car in inspection condition. When I called Wax on Wheels to report these issues I was told "I will call you back in two minutes...no phone call...no follow up...no apology." After taking the time to discuss what my car really needed done, they went right to work and did a great job on the car, both inside and out. Had a 9am appointment, they showed up at 9am. That in and of itself is an accomplishment in South Florida. I had some weird leakage stain in my door pockets. They assessed the issue, and got them clean! I had tried numerous solutions, and none worked. All in all, a great job on my car. Called and made appointments for my Dodge Dart and my father's Dodge Ram. Lady on the phone was very pleasant. Richard showed up and did a superb job detailing and waxing my Dart. Paid $159 for full detail. When "done", leather seats had white film. Gave him my Mcguires to use. SUV has step that folds in. Those weren't touched. Told they are not allowed to clean as customers can slip. Gum on quarter panel and back. Said he thought they were scratches. Some is still there. Did not clean inside doors or around hatch. Entire bottom on side still film of dirt. Wax? Used spray that does not work. Been pollen still all over vehicle. How was it washed and waxed. Excuse for everything I pointed out and even gave him $20 tip because I felt I was making him work extra. What a mistake. $180 down the drain. Needed done to trade in vehicle. Should of done myself. I had the premium detail, they could not put a shine on my car, according to them the clear coat was gone, I took it back to the dealer and the service manager was able to bring the shine back with a rag and his hand it took him about a minute to do this, after calling wax on wheels and explainng what had happened, they said they would call the dealership and ask what they used, and get back to me, I'm still waiting for the call back its been over a week read more
