To be fair I did not get the detailing service so that part could be 5 stars I have no idea. I was in del ray for 2 weeks and scheduled a detail a week in advance. I planed my families activities for that day around the detail appointment. No one showed up. I found out that a confirmation text was sent the night before which I missed and so they cancelled my appointment. Just a warning if you schedule an appointment keep your phone with you at all times because if you miss the text you will be cancelled without notice.
