They have unlimited vip wash membership for $40 to go through an automated car wash (no handwash and no tipping) You can go as many times as you want/need. The car wash itself does a decent job at cleaning everything and you can dry off your car with provided free towels. They have vaccum, air scent and a lot of the stuff you need provided after the automated car wash to get the job done. Will is super friendly and the staff has always been great. El Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

Really disappointing experience, as someone that has worked at a car wash place, the service here, to put it bluntly, sucks. Starting off the girl at the front didn't even say hi back to me when I said hi to her, she didn't bother explaining the washes which is fine but at least try to SELL the monthly subscription, she was just like it's cheaper to do monthly which isn't even true. You get more value of it, of course. But for the single is 30 not 35-36. Most of the spaces don't even have the multi purpose cleaner, so I gotta run around trying to get one to spray it on the rags. I bought the graphene cleaner which is the highest end wash option, and there were still so many noticeable dirty spots all over. I don't expect it to wash everything of course but there's some spots RIGHT on the hood! That I wiped with little effort and it came off right off. Do yourself a favor and just buy the basic wash and clean the car yourself. Because unfortunately the wash really doesn't do much for you. I'm not even upset, just very disappointed. I only gave them 2 stars because they ACTUALLY have rags and cleaners unlike a lot of the car wash places here in South Florida. read more

I've been an El Car Wash member since the Boynton location opened, then Delray, and I'm there regularly. Car wash damaged my tires and I reported it to the GM and Mgr and they fixed it immediately. Very fortunate and glad they are there - will probably be a customer forever now read more

Since living in Boynton Beach for the last three years, I feel I've finally found the best car wash around. This venue has recently come on the scene in West Delray Beach. The lines are long but they move fast. I decided to become a member for the basic car wash for $25/month. The place is manned. The attendant knows what you are getting via the computer based on your license plate. When your car is next, he uses a water pressure hose on your wheels and any stubborn spots he sees. The car moves along in the neutral position on the track. Lots of suds and soft brushes attack the car/SUV and within a minute the exterior is spotless and completely dry. As I pull out, I pull into a vacant spot to vacuum and clean the inside of my car. Towels, freshener spray and water is available for me to do the job. No extra payment is required. I was very impressed. My car was sparkling in no time. I highly recommend. It's worth every penny! read more

When you have "Grand Opening. Free Wash" posted by a busy road, expect a large turnout. I learned about the grand opening as an event posted by a Yelper. It was a 15 mile drive and I made it about 15 mins past the start of the event. There were lines of vehicles at the newly open El Car Wash - West Delray located in Plaza Delray. Employees was all smiles as they handed out goody bags and Chick-fil-A sandwiches. While waiting, I noticed this large express car wash has different packages for single washes and membership monthly washes with benefits. The prices were decent, but I would need more information on it. You were guided into the car wash which was efficient and the process from washing to rinsing didn't take long. There was also a large vacuum station, but they were not accepting any more vehicles in that area cause it was full. Overall it was a nice experience. Would I drive 15 miles again just to get my car washed and cleaned? Highly unlikely, but now that I found out that there are more El Car Wash locations, I will go to the nearest one by me. read more

So I do like the facility and most of the staff are extremely kind and helpful . When I first joined they were pre washing bug splatter on the windshield, bumper and mirrors. But here lately they have almost every time a girl at the tunnel entrance that does absolutely nothing but try to guide you in and talk and text in her phone. I drive gator alley a lot and we know the bug problem on that road .. so I visit very often and it really helps when they pre wash that stubborn areas. I gave up another membership that drys my car for me to be here and expected more from the wash if I'm going to do the drying and tire shine.. like I said the majority of staff are outstanding and very professional. read more

For $33/month you can wash your car every day if you wanted to. The car wash here is always fast and it does a great job. Yes you have to towel off and vacuum your own car but there are plenty of spaces to do that. The vacuums are really good, they provide the towels, although I'd suggest bringing your own. They also have interior cleaner, glass cleaner and floor mat cleaner all included. Easy, fast, and convenient. read more

Rude employee. I come here on a Sunday to wash my car. I have came here since you guys opened. I always like to vacuum my car first then I wash because if I wash first, then vacuum then all the dirt and go all over the car so I'd like to do it in reverse order. The guy who was at the entrance was so rude. He says well that sucks. Have a good day. You've lost a customer that's all I can say don't go here rude employee. I did not catch his name, but he has dreads if that helps. read more

El car wash on Southern. 2 months ago a got a car wash at El car wash. The guy at the gate where you pay said my card would NOT be charged again. He said it was a onetime charge. Last month my card was charged $38.34. I called and complained. The girl said my card would be refunded in 4-5 days, and she would stop the auto monthly charge. She did not. Today my card was charged $38.34 AGAIN! Called for a refund and to have my card deleted from their system. Do not trust the guys at the gate or the customer service people. THEY LIE! Be sure to get a receipt and check it over before you leave the gated area. I will be going to the other car wash place a mile away from now on. I never had a problem with them. read more

Great services & outstanding attention! The were less than 10 mins from closing & had already shut things down (understandable since there were no more cars). However they were accommodating & started everything back up! Great job El Car Wash! read more

I love going to this car wash. Ashton is the manager. He is on top of everything. Towels are always filled up for use as well as soap and cleaning agents. The drive-through wash is as good as any. The fact that you can pull around to a station afterwards for free and then vacuum your car and detail it properly is fantastic. Thank you, Ashton. I'll be back. read more

New one in Delray Beach on Atlantic Ave Fl.One person at a booth to pay. One person to hose one side of car. you will dry and vacuum your own car. $10 a wash. Do NOT get the ceramic! Brown dried up clay under the car everywhere. The vacuums are good. They have air hose for drying too. Bring your own microfiber cloths. Theirs are damp and dirty. I use ten on tires only. It's always crowded. I talk to neighboring folks. They go 2-3 times a week. That's Florida baby! read more

I'm not one to make a review but I felt the need after today. I've been looking for a good car wash in the Delray area. All places I checked out did not look great at all so I left. Saw this place as I was driving and decided to give it a try. So many cars going in and it moved quickly. Shout out to Marc! He took the time to explain everything to me and help me decided on which service was best. Absolutly amazing service!!! They have great prices and also a great monthly membership. Will absolutely be going back. read more

I like the car wash itself but the workers are lazy. The girl that helped me buy my car wash was on a personal phone call, which sounded like her boyfriend, and didnt say one word to me when I told her what kind of wash I wanted. I thought I paid for a one time carwash (Wellington Southern Blvd) and I see that they have been taking $32.00 a month out of my checking account for several months. Thought it was a good new car wash but I went through and thought it did a good job I leave and check my car and the machine completely tore off my trim on my car. Not only did the machine screw up my car but the first time I go the MANAGER there saw my medical dispensary bag in my passenger seat, comments on it, then proceeded to try and sell me his own weed. He showed me his menu and told me to take his phone number if I needed any. Very unprofessional and will screw up you car. DONT GO HERE!!!! read more

The automated system that washes the car is fine. The only issue I have is that the lines that that hold the air, window fluid etc all get tangled to the point that they become unusable because you reach the area you to. in addition depending where you pull in to use the accessories not all the accessories reach around your car forcing you to turn the car around. don't know what can be done, but this is very annoying. HOWEVER THE CAR DOES COME CLEAN WHICH IS WHAT IS IS SUPPOSED TO DO. read more

El Car wash on Atlantic Avenue in Delray has a unique concept that seems to be working pretty well even though its open only a few weeks. You enter the wash while sitting in the car. The car goes through on an automated process. The wash and blow dry is very good . The car seems to come out very clean and mostly dry. They offer a free area where you find clean drying towels, powerful vaccums, air blower for dust and hard to clean areas and a spray detergent. For anyone who wants to put in a little effort you can almost detail the car in the free area with the equipment and towels supplied. They offer single washes and monthly contracts with ability to cancel anytime. That's good for us snow birds that are only here in Florida half the year. They don't offer full service. If you want them to do service there's another branch on Boynton Beach Blvd or you can go to Lenny's down the road. read more
