He was absolutely wonderful the work looked PERFECT you would have never guessed I had so much damage to my hood! He was extremely fair in the price and the turn around time was very reasonable! Auto Palace is dishonest and the quality of their work is subpar to say the least. I had a 3 month old leased 2024 Kia and had an accident with another. Ocean Harbor was their insurance company. My collision shop of choice rejected my request to repair my car because Ocean Harbor was the insurer. They explained they are a no pay insurance company. The insurance company serves people who want to purchase low cost auto insurance or for people who can't get auto insurance. They suggested I look up their reviews which I did. After reading Ocean Harbor's review's I decided my best option was to use one of their collision shop providers. I chose Auto Palace. It was close and had better reviews than the others listed. I met Roy at Auto on 7/11. He assured me he had no problem getting paid. We went over the work which needed to be done and I signed off on an estimate for approximately $7K. On the 13th, Roy called to say the estimate was approved and I was to bring the car in on the 15th. The car would take about 8 working days. My car was running late so I called to see what the holdup was. I was told a piece for my car was on back order and I would need to extend my rental. The office worker suggested I call the insurance company to see if they would work with me to get additional money for the rental. I called the insurance company. I was told there was another submission on the 16th which exceeded the 10k which I was not notified about. I went back to Roy about this. He said it was not his responsibility to let me know about this. He said it was the other's insurance company responsibility to contact me to tell me the extra claim went over the cap. Shocking! Apparently, he doesn't know who the customer is. I will now skip to the end of this horrible experience. I went to pick up my car on 8/26. Roy brought me into the office and Roy slowly and methodically went of the BOM with me. What do I know about the parts and pieces I asked him. Then he showed me I owed him $1,174.68 for the overage on the work. I said I owed him nothing. I never approved the extra work. I approved the first part of the work only. He had no right to proceed with any work which would cost me money without my approval. He said he did not know it would cost me money. The insurance company should have told me that. Unbelievable, right? This man doesn't even know how the insurance company works that he is in partnership with. He tried to hold my car hostage and threatened to sue me. I called the police. I had my keys back in no time. I never heard from him again. Unfortunately, he did an awful job. Roy did offer to repair it though I did not pay him. Good news. You don't have to pay Auto Palace your balance yet he still will honor his guarantee. In fact, according to all his rebuttals, I upset him so much, he was going to write off my balance the minute he handed over the keys. I have been told I am a very scary 65 year old lady! My Kia dealership recommended two collision shops to bring my car to for repairs. Both shops, shocked at the amateurish repairs done, came back with estimates at around $5,500. The entire bumper needs to be removed to realign the trunk cover. Ocean Harbor paid him $7,500. He will be taken to small claims court for this and all associated costs. This man lacks the intelligence to understand what this situation is about. He also doesn't understand Google and Yelp are review sites. They are used to give the customer opinions good or bad. It is not slander. However using my name in his response to my review, well the judge will explain this is not allowed. read more

My car was in this shop because my husband got hit by a drunk driver hit and run so the insurance had them tow the car to the shop the guy that answers the phone is super rude when the car was ready I was in the process of disputing a charge with my insurance for the tow yard so I asked them to give me at least a week or so to see if the insurance is going to deduct the tow yard money off my deductible once the insurance company said no I told them okay I'll be there Friday to pick up the car well it wasn't there because they called my finance company and because I was late in November I had a $25 late fee and if you owe just even $1 they can have your finance company come and take the car my finance company said that they called them 72 times and told them that I was refusing to pay my deductible which is not true and the dealership that I was dealing with how to in-house banking so they illegally auctioned off my car because this place is so desperate for money that they lied to my finance company so that they can hurry up and get their money I wouldn't trust them I do not recommend them at all unless you want to get lied to be lied on and every time you call have somebody be really rude to you! read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Steer clear. Roy is a liar and scammer. Tried to not give me total price for my work and then when pushed agreed on a price. Then went to pick it up and it was more than double his quote with no additional work than initially agreed and no explanation. Run away as fast as you can or get ripped off. I only had minor issues and a broken mirror but often they are the most difficult to resolve because they are small jobs. Extremely disappointed with these guys! Was recommended to them by a friend. I own a business in Delray Bch so I wanted to keep it local and use a Delray Beach body shop. I was told by the owner that he would work with me as far as the deductible ( which I never asked for) at the end I paid the entire deductible! The day we agreed I would drop off my car there wasn't anyone there at the time that we agreed on (which was 9:00am) not early at all! After getting my vehicle back, my right front tire pressure was super low I filled the tire and the next day was back to being low. This was the side of my card that was fixed by them. So I returned car there for them to take a look. The alignment was completely off, and they said there was a part that was damaged somewhere in the wheel that they didn't see before, but not to worry they would have the part in no time and fix the issue for me!it has been over a month and I never got a call to fix this issue! Sometimes I read and accept the not so great reviews on yelp. This time I have to say any negative review is far from the truth! Roy and his staff are the most amazing, customer focused group I have met in the auto industry. One of my cars had to have body work done and not be laid up for too long as we needed it for transportation.
