I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.

The last two cars were undrivable. My insurance recommended Gerber as an affiliated shop that has good communication. They are smaller sized shop Rick /Rich did my estimate and was able to adjust. For the rear view camera cover that was damaged in the same collision the jacketed spare tire lug nut was also damaged. But I plan to replace them all with solid chrome so that didn't matter to me. Just be aware if you use this location they are usually 3 months out. And that they will not order your parts till your vehicle is in the shop. Due to lack of storage and to secure that they make sure that the customer doesn't switch shops at the last minute (so they don't ever have to mail back parts) 9/2023 Ambiance 5 nice waiting area. Service 4 expect to wait a week or more for bumper/ covers replacement I came back for some extra painting on a Monday to color match the fog light trim it looks great now. Hope it lasts. Location 5 nearby small shop very little extra parking so schedule an appointment for estimate. Value 5 my insurance didn't cover a rental. But I didn't need to go anywhere for a week. Thankfully I have a great neighbor who was able to give a hand.

I'm the original owner of my black 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Over the past year, my hood…read moredeveloped a small spot of clear coat fading due to the Florida sun. The spot was about the size of a baseball. I was really the only one that could see it but it bothered me enough to get it fixed since I'm a perfectionist. I went to Doug Brann and one other high end body shop here in Naples to see what the best fix would be. They both suggested the same thing, a full repaint and clear coat on the hood. After researching, I felt like the luxury body shop would have been overkill, and reading customer reviews made me feel confident Doug Brann would get it done correctly. Grady was very pleasant to work with and described to me exactly what would be done and to give him a call when I was ready. A few months later I scheduled the job, letting them know I was moving to the Saint Augustine area and needed my Jeep back by a specific date. We arranged to drop it off of Wednesday and I'll have it by that same Friday. Friday came around and I never heard from them. Grady informed me that bugs flew into the clear coat as they were painting and they'd have to keep it over the weekend and it would be ready on Monday. I was very accommodating, even though I needed my Jeep that weekend as we just purchased a house and needed to get things in order. The Jeep was ready for pickup on Monday, and I moved a few days later. I was being extra cautions the first few months and didn't wash it for the first time until almost 4 months later. I always hand wash section by section, and wax it after. My Jeep has never seen an automatic car wash. After I washed and started to wax, I noticed about a 3/4 inch piece of fabric or hair literally baked in underneath the clear coat. I attached images here in the review(image 2). I reached out to Grady with the pictures and he responded quickly, saying it must have been "bird droppings" and "it is not a failure in our paint materials or workmanship." I even offered to send a video or hop on a FaceTime call with him. Within 24 hours I went to the three top rated body shops in my town to get their opinion. The first owner told me it was "scientifically impossible" for that piece of fiber to get underneath the clear coat after it was applied. The contaminant was 100% there while it was in the booth. The other two shops immediately said the same thing, laughing at the bird droppings theory. I paid $880 out of pocket to Doug Brann's purely for a cosmetic issue. Anyone from Naples knows I had many options to choose from. The three body shops out here will have to fix my new issue the same way Grady did, a brand new repaint and clear coat which will run me roughly $1k here. The fiber won't just work its way out since Grady's crew got it on there before the clear coat was sprayed. There are also two spots on the hood where the paint is gone down to the metal, and they turned orange from rust after my first wash. I attached pictures so you can see them. Just like the trapped fiber, those pinholes are paint application defects from Grady's booth. I would have never left a review had Grady stopped responding to my messages. I'd second guess bringing your vehicle here, maybe if insurance covers your issue you'd be able to fight it, but Grady left me out to dry.

Fast forward to when I got in an accident in my challenger as usual they were my 1st call.. I took it in, 1st time picking it up, I just did a quick glance because I trusted their work. Got home had a real good look. And there was "over spray" everywhere and pits in the paint, so I called and took it back. 2nd time I took it back it looked a little better and I actually took it back a 3rd time for the clearcoat. A few years later the paint started bubbling. I do have paper work that says LIFETIME WARRANTY, (paint and body) as long as you own the car... FREE OF CHARGE TO ME! he wanted me to pay 250 for the paint room."whatever I'll pay it" So I had went in to make an appointment, and the OWNER pretty much said my car was POS, it had rusted body. No sir those are louvers not part of the car(add-on) the only rust is where they did the body work. And I had to pull my stripes off cuz they couldn't finish that part.. don't do decals I guess.( probably kept that money) By this time being a hormonal woman who loves her car and knows about cars. The OWNER overheard me telling my husband if I had been a man he wouldn't have acted that way.. The OWNER then proceeded to tell me and I quote " I don't have to do shit!" I slammed my door.. Didn't go back.. so my car still looks like shit! Oh, my car is 10 years old and just now hit 51,000 miles. I take care of my car, I take pride in my baby girl.. The OWNER was extremely rude to me. I'm sure over 20 years I've sent him many customers. But I'm sure the OWNER doesn't care or he would have done anything to correct this matter.. I'm still waiting for that call, won't hold my breath. I've actually thought about getting a car magnet that says: Body work done by supreme collison." Still might! But if he would like to call and resolve this I'm always home! And from now on when someone asks, i'll say anywhere BUT supreme. Would have giving a 0 but wasnt an option. And just a little add-on, i was going through all my paper work from them and saw a note from someone that was doing a pre-check on car to make sure i didnt blame them for any thing that happened prior to leaving it there, most auto body places do. But what found funny, it said the back bummer didnt line-up.. Thats funny cuz they did the body work then too, guess they should have fixed that for free when it was there.
