I have no idea how these guys got such great reviews, but my experience was as bad as it gets! They "fixed" a small dent in my right front quarter panel and it's still very visible. So I had another SITUATION so I needed to head back over to den tech . I was pulling of the road in a grassy area and didn't notice the metal pipe sticking up 8 inches . Luckily it caught the car inside wheel well behind tire and crushed the bracket holding front right fender in place causing it to push back a1/4 of an inch and stop the passenger door from opening with out rubbing and a nasty crunching sound . No bueno . Really lucky no body damage . So I head over to dentech and jason is there . The place is packed with cars he is working on and I figured this is gonna take at least a week . He takes a look at it and tells me pull around back we will take a look . Guy comes out with a crescent wrench screw driver and a few other tools pulls the plastic rocker cover and wheel well guard . Un twits the fender bracket does A little tweaking and 20 min later says is this good enough for you ? Man it all lined up great , door opened fine it it looked pretty dan good . Let me say this if I wanted it perfect they would have ordered a new bracket and gotten it 100% also . But this was all I needed . I gave the tech 10bucks for a beer drove to front and asked jason what do I owe you ? Ready for this? $40 bucks ??? What can you get these days for $40 bucks ? Nothing !!! Called Dentech PDR & Auto Body yesterday after a palm fond hit my car during the hurricane. The technician came out today for what I thought was to provide a quote. He gave me a good price while telling me that he probably wouldn't be able to keep the paint from cracking. Imagine my surprise. He said he could do it then in my driveway and proceeded to do so. The dent was in a difficult place just behind the passenger door and just below the rear window. I still can't believe he was able to do it without me having to paint it when he was done. Had a few large door dents in my 2015 F-150 {{ embarrassed to say I had caused myself while mowing and an 8inch long stick was slung into the door :( }} I Had previously taken my truck to 2 different Paintless Dent Removal companies and both said they didnt feel comfortable taking on the complexity and difficulty of my door dents. Dentech was absolutely the best value for the quality service they provided. Excellent work! I had door, fender and running board damage. Don gave me a quick estimate by running his hand over the damaged areas. (I did also have two other estimates by some local chain auto body shops). Both other auto body shops were a thousand dollar higher and were pricing in unnecessary steps. They never placed a hand on the car. I dropped the car off at Dentech and added some additional customizing for them to do....( re-paint a spoiler). They fixed everything, did an excellent paint job and buffed out the car. It looked as good as it did when new. I couldn't even see where the damage was to the running board as their quality was that good. They might do great work and be a good deal. Yet their approach to doing business couldn't work for me. First, I got handed off to different people and they were poor in returning messages. Then, PBA that they'll ask you to text photos in. Then they will come by, check out the dent, remove transfer paint (for free), even if you are not available to meet them. It felt to me like their preference is to do a drive-by estimate w/out you there and then text or email you the estimate. If you want them to do the work they'll take your car to Ft. Myers, where the work is completed. As for scheduling, the particular estimator advised that they are only in Naples two days a week and you need to choose a day "yes, like the cable company" when they can come by as their routing schedule allows. No "windows". However, a prior window was advanced earlier (wouldn't work for us) as the had a firm appointment to get to. AND the particular scheduler really left a lot to be desired in terms of customer focus: "you have to work with is" was explained as I offered availability (and the routing for the day wasn't yet known). I got the job done elsewhere. Maybe next time. Maybe if their front-end professionalism improves. read more

I had just purchased a collector car. The previous owner had dropped an object on the top portion of the passenger door. A good size dent and crease were left from the impact. I went to a body shop and received a $500 estimate. I did not mind paying the cost, but I was not too thrilled about getting an area repainted unless absolutely necessary. The body man said that the dent was in a very tough place to get to because of the reinforced metal in that area. The car also had a dent on the seam of the door, as well as another one on the seam of the rear quarter panel. As luck would have it, all three dents were in tough places to fix. The body shop did suggest that I check with an expert in removing door dings. He also cautioned me about being very selective on picking the right person, because the wrong person could cause more damage than I already had. I started looking around and reading about businesses that specialized in removing dents. After reading many reviews and doing some of my own background checking, I decided to call DenTech Paintless Dent Removal on Fowler here in Fort Myers. They had a body shop as well as a Mobile service. I called their shop yesterday morning and spoke to Tony, one of the owner's. I asked him if I could stop in for an estimate and to see if they could even help me. He told me that he was actually going to be in my area later in the afternoon. He said he would swing by my house and look at my car. At around 2:00, he gave me a courtesy call and said he was on his way. Tony arrived as promised. He looked at my medium size dent/crease, and confirmed what the body shop told me. The dent was in a very bad location to be repaired, and it was almost impossible to get tools inside that particular area. I was disappointed to say the least, but I was actually expecting that kind of news. Imagine my surprise when Tony told me that he would at least see what he could do. I have to say what he did was a "miracle". After working very hard and diligently, and with the use of a multitude of tools he had with him, my dent was magically removed! My wife and I were both shocked. I would defy anyone to find where the dent was at, because the area turned out absolutely perfect. Next, he made quick work of the other "difficult areas". I had also seen three small dings in my driver's door. Tony made those dents disappear too! Once Tony had finished, I inspected all of his work. I am very critical when it comes to cars, but everything he fixed was perfect! When I received his price, I almost fainted! Way cheaper than my original body shop estimate, not to mention all the extra work he did. I almost felt bad paying him so little, after he worked so hard in the hot sun to get my car back the way I wanted it to be. The best way I can repay him is to give his business an honest and well deserved 5 star review. Thanks again "Tony", for your expertise and professionalism. My daughter and I just returned from Dentech of Fort Myers on Fowler St., and I am so impressed with the results on her SUV, I had to give a big shout out to Tony and Jason for the miracle they performed on it! She scraped her right rear quarter against the mirror on my car that was parked in her driveway and her car sustained a slight crease just above the wheel area, a difficult spot for sure but thanks to their expertise, it is GONE!
