We only have one car so it was critical to find someone that can perform the job while I wait, and my job took about 1.5 hours inside his garage. He used the latest glue pulling technology to pull most of the dent out, and finished with the usual rod type massaging of the metal from inside the door cavity until there was no sign of the dent. I paid him for a job well done and took the car home to be "evaluated" by my wife, and neither of us could find where the dent was, knowing well where it used to be! We are extremely happy with the work done, and he even let me watch every step of the way. I definitely recommend Don for doing this type of work. Jack and Leslie A.
