The service, quality work, and communication at premium collision is first class and second to none. I only had relatively minor damage, a few thousand dollars worth, to my Lexus and after they completed the work, it looks like it was never damaged in anyway. Daniel, the estimator, is extremely knowledgeable and the communication with updates and availability and so on was perfect. This is a full recount on my experience with Naples premium body shop. In the very beginning, the at fault party's insurance refused the price quote that Naples premium gave them. They instructed me that unless I were to fight with insurance that they would not be able to work on my car. I, assuming that Naples Premium was the only reputable place to feel safe having work on my car as it is my pride and joy fought with insurance to have them cover what Naples premium quoted the damage at. After they took the car in they informed me it would be a month before they would be able to work on the car as they are backed up. That's no real issue to me as I understand I am not their only customer and I entrusted that regardless of how long it takes them it'll be worth it because of their "premium" work. The month goes by and in between that month the writer assigned to my car was very communicative with me and I was eager to leave a great review for Naples premium - until I saw my car. Over an inch long SCRATCH was put on my roof. The front bumper, rear bumper and my trunk were all egregiously mis-fit to expose massive gaps. The paint they put on my car was hideously not polished with loads of orange peel. They released the car to me with a kinked muffler where my exhaust tip was nearly completely hidden - they had to order a new muffler which took another month. My racing stripes are not aligned. Not even my "SS" badge was aligned. Too many dirt nibs in the paint to count. Last but not least they left PAINT DRIP on my car. The manager John Perry was chock full of excuses of why his shop is running slow and why their techs were doing miserable jobs. He used the Covid 19 excuse at least two dozen times. The only thing they did right by me was a week after I received my car it incurred bumper damage in the paint which they fixed for free while they were readdressing my paint drip & misaligned panels after bringing it back 4 times. Even after all the headache and disappointment I've dealt with this shop I was not going to write this review until at the very end when I was concerned that the motor / transmission mounts were damaged they left me to pay the diagnostic fee of $100 - after I fought with insurance to bring them in an over $12,000 job. This "Premium" body shop is not a far cry from a mako. If you have a car you take pride in, do yourself a favor and ask around for a better shop if you're thinking of bringing it here. read more

I was in the area and stopped by, nope -"We don't do estimates without an appointment" I let the young lady at the front desk know that I had requested an appointment for today. Called in to the office, who scheduled an appointment to review damage to my new Defender 110 the next business day. The damaged area included the front passenger side wheel well, rear passenger door and rear quarter panel. Leo quickly and accurately assessed the extent of the damage. That same day, he also provided a cost estimate and an estimated schedule for the repair. Within a week from dropping it off, the vehicle was expertly repaired to like new condition (at the estimated price). Leo effectively communicated throughout the repair process. Drove 20 miles to get an estimate to get my Acura Repaired. Walked in at was not greeted kindly by a very rude secretary at the front who seemed put out because I was taking her away from her texting time. Next Leo Chico came out to do the estimate. He walked out with me to my car took a picture and said he would send me the estimate by email and of course he never did he also said my cost could be more as he did not know if there was any other damage he could not see. What a waste of time. If you need your car repaired go to a shop that is interested in your business don't waste your time here. read more

Just had my Porsche Panamera GTS repaired here. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and the repairs themselves are exceptional. We owned two large high quality body shops up north and were super anxious about whom to have fix our Porsche. We are super picky and quality focused. Being in the business for 25 plus years the repair had to be spot on. The car was perfect. Immaculate. Paint match perfect. Paint shine/finish perfectly matched rest of car. When I got my car repaired something got damaged. The quarter panel got damaged. There is a dent in it and my paint is starting to peel/cracked. I came in and they would not help me out or fix it. From what it looks like, it looks like someone may have dented it from the inside while working on it. They try to say that I did it or someone else did it but how? The last person who ever touched my car was them. Also I wished they would have disclosed that my front bumper won't stay in place. No communication, I had to call for updates about my car, I had ask why my front bumper is popping out. Honestly if I would have know I would have taken my car somewhere else that Nissan certified. It bothers me that they try to say that I damaged my quarter panel. It seemed like they were looking down on me because I'm young and they did not take me serious. I felt like I was taken advantage. That guy who helped me out said he would call me to fix my bumper, never once called. I had to called and eventually I got fed up with this and left my car how it is. Can someone just take responsibility and fix my car? Or disclose more information on Nissan parts? I recommend to take pictures of your car before picking up. I should have done it and because I did not they do not want to take responsibility. read more

Horrible customer service!! In my 38 years of living I have never dealt with such an arrogant group of individuals. I walk in and ask for an estimate of a repair to my damaged SUV, they ask me to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting I ask if anyone is available to assist me. The receptionist tells me that they are extremely busy and will be with me as soon as possible. Mind you I can see what every individual is doing, there is only one person on a phone call, while everyone else is talking amongst their selfs regarding matters that are unrelated to their work. There's even two technicians outside who are, clear as daylight, NOT BUSY. I attempt to ask again for help and am interrupted by the receptionist, at this point the manager jumps in and tells me that if I can not wait that he suggests that I take my vehicle elsewhere as they "can only do so much". After sitting idle for an hour and 15 minutes I decide to leave. I do not plan on ever returning to this location nor do I advise anyone to ever do so either! HORRIBLE!!! read more
