Fast forward to when I got in an accident in my challenger as usual they were my 1st call.. I took it in, 1st time picking it up, I just did a quick glance because I trusted their work. Got home had a real good look. And there was "over spray" everywhere and pits in the paint, so I called and took it back. 2nd time I took it back it looked a little better and I actually took it back a 3rd time for the clearcoat. A few years later the paint started bubbling. I do have paper work that says LIFETIME WARRANTY, (paint and body) as long as you own the car... FREE OF CHARGE TO ME! he wanted me to pay 250 for the paint room."whatever I'll pay it" So I had went in to make an appointment, and the OWNER pretty much said my car was POS, it had rusted body. No sir those are louvers not part of the car(add-on) the only rust is where they did the body work. And I had to pull my stripes off cuz they couldn't finish that part.. don't do decals I guess.( probably kept that money) By this time being a hormonal woman who loves her car and knows about cars. The OWNER overheard me telling my husband if I had been a man he wouldn't have acted that way.. The OWNER then proceeded to tell me and I quote " I don't have to do shit!" I slammed my door.. Didn't go back.. so my car still looks like shit! Oh, my car is 10 years old and just now hit 51,000 miles. I take care of my car, I take pride in my baby girl.. The OWNER was extremely rude to me. I'm sure over 20 years I've sent him many customers. But I'm sure the OWNER doesn't care or he would have done anything to correct this matter.. I'm still waiting for that call, won't hold my breath. I've actually thought about getting a car magnet that says: Body work done by supreme collison." Still might! But if he would like to call and resolve this I'm always home! And from now on when someone asks, i'll say anywhere BUT supreme. Would have giving a 0 but wasnt an option. And just a little add-on, i was going through all my paper work from them and saw a note from someone that was doing a pre-check on car to make sure i didnt blame them for any thing that happened prior to leaving it there, most auto body places do. But what found funny, it said the back bummer didnt line-up.. Thats funny cuz they did the body work then too, guess they should have fixed that for free when it was there. I needed both. Before calling, I visited their website, which clearly states they offer both services. I requested a quote to tint my 2022 Navigator and detail my 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Nichole, who was very pleasant, and transferred me to another employee, Miya, for a quote. Miya acknowledged that Nichole had already noted I had two vehicles needing service. However, when I began describing the work needed, she interrupted to tell me they do not detail vehicles for new customers. I politely ended the call, apologized for the misunderstanding and wasting her time, and wished her a great day. A few moments later, Miya called back to criticize me for ending the conversation--even though she had just told me they would not provide the services I requested. Her call back was an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Afterward, I went back to confirm their website and the ad I received both advertise detailing services for the public. It would be helpful if staff were aligned with what the company markets, so customers aren't misled or treated poorly for inquiring about the very services they promote. Based on this experience, I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings.

I did a lot of research prior to deciding on both the Ceramic Coating and the Paint Protection Film but talking with experts definitely helps. And they really know this industry and have an obvious passion for it!!! While they assisted me greatly, never once did I feel any pressure to purchase or increase the packages I chose. In the end I opted for film on the front and the ceramic coating on the rest of the vehicle along with an incredible interior detailing. They also are very upfront about pricing and specials they run, just talk to them. Once you do, you'll probably decide protecting your investment is a sound strategy. I wonder how genuine objectivity YELP puts into this, because this business wasn't identified as being a top provider.
