Used to love this place, customer since mid 90's. They had repaired some harsh surface scratches that a detail shop did. I was extremely happy... quickly done. Fast forward to when I got in an accident in my challenger as usual they were my 1st call.. I took it in, 1st time picking it up, I just did a quick glance because I trusted their work. Got home had a real good look. And there was "over spray" everywhere and pits in the paint, so I called and took it back. 2nd time I took it back it looked a little better and I actually took it back a 3rd time for the clearcoat. A few years later the paint started bubbling. I do have paper work that says LIFETIME WARRANTY, (paint and body) as long as you own the car... FREE OF CHARGE TO ME! he wanted me to pay 250 for the paint room."whatever I'll pay it" So I had went in to make an appointment, and the OWNER pretty much said my car was POS, it had rusted body. No sir those are louvers not part of the car(add-on) the only rust is where they did the body work. And I had to pull my stripes off cuz they couldn't finish that part.. don't do decals I guess.( probably kept that money) By this time being a hormonal woman who loves her car and knows about cars. The OWNER overheard me telling my husband if I had been a man he wouldn't have acted that way.. The OWNER then proceeded to tell me and I quote " I don't have to do shit!" I slammed my door.. Didn't go back.. so my car still looks like shit! Oh, my car is 10 years old and just now hit 51,000 miles. I take care of my car, I take pride in my baby girl.. The OWNER was extremely rude to me. I'm sure over 20 years I've sent him many customers. But I'm sure the OWNER doesn't care or he would have done anything to correct this matter.. I'm still waiting for that call, won't hold my breath. I've actually thought about getting a car magnet that says: Body work done by supreme collison." Still might! But if he would like to call and resolve this I'm always home! And from now on when someone asks, i'll say anywhere BUT supreme. Would have giving a 0 but wasnt an option. And just a little add-on, i was going through all my paper work from them and saw a note from someone that was doing a pre-check on car to make sure i didnt blame them for any thing that happened prior to leaving it there, most auto body places do. But what found funny, it said the back bummer didnt line-up.. Thats funny cuz they did the body work then too, guess they should have fixed that for free when it was there. We looked at 4 different body shops from Naples to Ft Meyers that were Acura Certified. We thought they would be too expensive due to their location in Naples, but although they were not the least expesnive (they were close) we decided upon Supreme due to their shop and how they move cars like a factory through the various stages of repair and paint. The blending of paint was perfect, the spacing of panels in the reapirs was perfect, they were super friendly and helpful. They litereally delivered the repairs almost a week earlier than they and the other shops estimated. We are literally going back to them again now for additional repairs. Highly recommended and will continue to do business with them. read more

Well, I don't know what happened to the review written in May 2025 but I am not willing to let the ugly experience I had at Supreme Collision go unpublished and consumers left unwarned. In Feb. 2025 brought a 2021 Porsche Macan in for repair of left rear door, left rear quarter and some blemishes on the forward left section of the bumper. I took the car there because other agencies stated they would need to hold a the car for over a month and this agency stated they could finish it in 5 to 10 days. I checked and there were not many negative reviews. I dropped the car and amazingly was called, I forget exactly, in about 6 days that the car was finished. I went to pick it up and upon examination of the work found a terrible job; the door didn't close correctly, there was significant unfinished over spray on the outside edges and inside the door jam and multiple drips and generally a total orange peel finish. I brought this to their attention and reviewed the issues with Jim who said all would be rectified and I would be called when finished. About a week later I was called, I believe, on a Friday and I told them I would be in after the weekend. I showed up as promised and examined the work, which was acceptable, with the exception the door still did not close correctly and the bumper had not been addressed. At this point the owner came out into the lot screaming at me that the bumper would not be fixed and threatening me with storage fees and nothing else would be done to the car. I did not argue, just called the insurance company paying the claim. It seemed maybe there was a miscommunication regarding the bumper and repairing it would be covered. At that point I made an appointment to have the bumper and door readdressed. Two weeks later I returned with the decision not to have them fix the bumper but they needed to adjust the door. They took the car and after a while came out and said the door, a new door, was adjusted as good as could be done. Of course it did not close correctly. I left and drove a short distance over to Naples Premium Collision and explained the situation. They took the car for twenty minutes and came back with the correct adjustment of the door and agreed with me to leave the bumper alone unless I wanted to paint the whole thing. NO CHARGE. You decide. This is a legitimate review of an ugly involvement with a company and Yelp won't let it be removed. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would because that's what they deserve... while reading the other bad reviews I tried giving this business the benefit of the doubt and well we were wrong. ((03/17/2023 I called them to get an update on the car and they said "well we're to busy right now to tell you what they have and haven't done but all I can say is that isn't not ready")). Totally understandable, all shops are backed up since the hurricane We went to the shop on 03/21/2023 Front old hag receptionist named Dian was so disrespectful. I couldn't even get a word out without her saying something disrespectful and trying to shut me up. I can't believe me as a young adult have better manners than her, and the owner JR was right behind her with the attitude. All because of a mistake that THEY MADE which was that they had the phone number written down wrong and she tried to blame me that I wrote that number down and that was the first time I ever stepped into that place because I had my car towed in there They got upset because the car was there for 10 days and I told them that I called for an update and they told me it wasn't ready and well we couldn't pick up the car sooner because they didn't tell us the car was ready and we couldn't do anything about it because we never received a phone call from them and on top of that we got a rental car that im paying OUT OF POCKET. Why would we keep paying for a rental (especially right now during spring break the prices are so high) if the car was ready?... They have the estimate repair paper and it says to fix the rims and they charged us for the rims but THEY DONT EVEN DO RIMS, and they said well we missed that(so it didn't get done). How do you charge someone for something you don't even do at your shop that's called stealing!!!! They missed so many things on the repair paper that it was just so unacceptable that we had to leave it there again! So although they "called" saying that the car was ready, when we got there not even 50% of the stuff we're done. The hood is crooked. The owner got a towel and started to wipe of a scratch that was on the car mirror and said "there it's gone" like no! You don't do that, the scratch is still there, the paint is just gone. The side of the car line paint job looks like it was done by a 5 year old all crooked, bumpy like is there was sand stuck to it, it has a bubble and smudged. It was missing like at least 12 screws and just like that he still wanted me to take the car! I do not recommend this place at all, your better off fixing it yourself. When they gave it back to me the rims that were curb checked from the accident looked exactly how they were when I took it in after the accident which is the picture on the bottom) The first picture of the mirror is when I took it in and the second one is when the told me the car was ready. When I opened the hood there were hoses hanging and clips missing. When I showed them they got upset and said we'll just take that off your deductible and take the car like that. I've been around the automotive industry for years, but I have never dealt with such a shady, rude, smug, and terrible workmanship as this shop. My family brought in our Mini Cooper in April 2018, and still to this day, we are STILL finding areas on the car where they had clips and bolts missing. We had to take it to our own mechanic just to get things fixed correctly where did the work. They have horrible reviews, read them. Take your car to another place. We still have problems with our car where this sorry of an excuse of an auto body shop tried to repair. Just terrible. The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of his business. Maybe he should spend less time taking glamor pictures of himself on yelp and run an ethical business. Updated review in response to owner: such a generic automated response. If you don't mind overspray, drips, and getting your car back with the taillight and suspension not fixed as your car goes down the road tilted, then this place is perfect for you. The absolute atrocity of a woman named DeeAnn was SO rude I couldn't believe it. She lied to me about a 3000 refund due to me and denied having it for 2 weeks until I had to get the cashed check from the insurance company before she admitted to having it. The owner is an ok guy that needs to reevaluate his staff. The only redeeming quality of this place is the only professional young lady that actually did her job. Took my brand new (3k miles) car in for a minor dent hardly scratched the paint where someone backed into me in a parking lot! Supreme collision was booking out one month so I waited. The girl at the front desk asked me the common questions, ins. claim number asked what rental agency and the "rental reservation number" ? (Why does she need to know that?) I gave it to her, thinking they would have my rental car for me when I dropped off the car. No, she just wanted to know I guess. I dropped the car off on my scheduled date. to the same woman who is absolutely miserable ( so sad). But she was taking her own frustrations out on me - total Witch.! The job was literally approx an 8 hr job. As I said the dent had to be pulled out and there was hardly a scratch on the paint. I get the car back 2 weeks later - meanwhile my renal car is approx $900 a week. The finished car was given back to me with the previously dented side bucked up against the seams, not flush, Not only that but there was glue all over the car glue!!! The was filthy . And now my breaks are squeaking - I don't understand what happened - why did they even go near my breaks? This is under warranty I have an appointment to have Huyndai look it over - if anything has been compromised I know exactly where to look! I have been going to Supreme Auto for bodywork for years. They always give me a prompt, reasonable estimate and get me scheduled within a week or two. I am able to get a rental car on-site which is very convenient. When the work is done, they return my car to me detailed. Supreme has a great staff and should be proud of their work. read more

I waited almost 4 months for them to order a headlight for my car. I have recently moved out of town and was told on 2 separate occasions that my part was in, subsequently making me travel over two hours, only for them to either not have the part at all or order the wrong light. When I finally went in for the repair, the lousy excuse they claim to be a receptionist, along with a random employee gave me the absolute worst attitude I have ever experienced in any place of business. After you repeated to inconvenience me multiple times for 4 MONTHS (note: this is nearly 2 months later than the estimate in which they claimed to be capable of fulfilling) you think it's okay to treat a customer with complete disregard and disrespect? No. They then called me not even one hour later to claim that the repair was complete- except it wasn't at all. They never bothered to view my record (assuming they even had one in the first place) or consult the man who had started repair on the three parts of my car (whom they had difficulty recalling the name of). If they had cared to keep ANY record of my car's make and model they also could have searched on the car company's website for the correct headlight (which we had and done just in case they had messed this up for a THIRD time) and prevented their sloppy efforts in ordering the part, a mistake which took them an additional month and a half to correct. At this point, they proceed to treat me like I have somehow burdened them. For THEIR cost and lack of service? Again, you could have viewed my record and easily seen the services that I required and had paid for. If I ever have to go through this an experience like this again (which I hope never happens)  I'd never give this business the time of day. If that means going hours out of my way to deal with literally anywhere else, I wouldn't even hesitate. Who runs this place? Because it isn't the owner... around 35% of these reviews are (disproportionately) 1 star and address the same problems; poor communication and terrible experiences with customer service. Just a tip from someone who has worked in customer service for years: If you deal in a customer service industry that relies on dealing with people at a time of extreme inconvenience, maybe try not to make the experience more inconvenient; that goes for your staff AND the customer. While I would love to be even hastier than I have been at this point (and believe me, the earliest drafts of this review were downright nasty) I genuinely hope that you take something from the negative, but constructive feedback on your business practices and improve upon them. I would like to note/recognize whomever the man was that started the work on my car months ago (I believe his name may have been Juan). He is an amazing employee, and was the only positive part of this process, which is exactly why the rest of my time here was just so jarring. read more

The exhaust pipe is very noisy. , also said it was the customer's problem and asked to pick up the car in advance, but it was not fully repaired. Why tell the customer that the car can be picked up? Terrible experience, poor workmanship, sloppy. My M2 was in an accident where the front end was damaged. Not only was there zero communication between me and the shop, but they didn't authorize nor inform me about an added expense that my insurance wouldn't cover so I was blindsided and had to shell out $1700. That combined with the extremely sloppy work they did on my vehicle has left me angry and dissatisfied. The paint job they did has dried drips all over it, neither the bumper nor the headlight are sitting in the correct positioning. The headlight they replaced was not calibrated when installed. To top it off, they scratched a brand new carbon fiber lip that I supplied to them with a value over $750 and they gave my car back to me with a cracked windshield. To say I'm disappointed and upset is an understatement, I trusted this shop to do a clean, professional, tasteful job on my vehicle that is very important to me and they fell short. I chose car collision place to repair my car after an accident. I trusted the reviews. I dropped my car off and showed pictures to the man who took pictures of the estimated damages. I called weeks later asking for an update and was told my car was ready but had an issue with my bumper. When I arrived to pick up, the grill was completely wrong from what I drove. I showed pictures of what it looked like before and was immediately met with retaliation from the owner himself saying my car was all fucked up. I really would like my car to look the way it did. They did an excellent job repairing and painting dents and scratches on my Tesla about 3 months ago. Recently there was a part hanging down at bottom of the front end. I stopped in at the Tesla store at Waterside and the manager told me it would be $600 to fix it. I stopped in to Supreme this afternoon and they fixed it for free - these guys are the best!!! I really wonder about these reviews - all either totally negative, which mirrors my experience, or totally positive. How can this be? Who gets the great service???? The bad experiences mentioned here mirror my own - shoddy work, charging for work not done, blaming "out of balance tires" for vibration, which really required bent rims to be replaced - the list goes on. It took 7 weeks and several return visits for the car to be presented in acceptable condition and I still wonder if all the hidden items were completed to spec. All I can suggest is that if you find yourself having to use these people, make sure they know you are going to have the car checked by an independent shop afterwards. I'm guessing that if you do, they will send you somewhere else. read more

My car needed some repairs to handle a pole bump, and Supreme gave me a competitive estimate. Its surprising, but I went to 3 other auto body shops, and (surprise), two of them recommended Supreme! When your competition refers people to you, that means they do a great job and are experts in repairs in terms of cost, knowledge and speed to complete the repairs. When your parts came in, we got you in right away, and called Enterprise Rent-A-Car to get you a rental vehicle. Once repairs were completed, the bumper was painted to like-new OEM condition. Unfortunately, the back door lock not working due to a bad actuator is a common problem in your vehicle. I explained everything to your husband when he picked up the vehicle, and I think your car looked amazing. We'd be happy to provide an estimate to replace your actuator. After many years in the Collision Industry, I was shocked by the unhelpful and rude treatment extended to me by the secretary at the front desk. I was attempting to pass on a request made by the insurance company. She boldly refused to assist or pass on the request. I felt like she put me in the middle. If no one has experienced this from her, it may have been a one-time occurrence. Definitely now a shining example of great customer service.
