Stay away from this place. While my car was being repaired, they damaged on of my wheels. Had to send it out for repairs which cost me another week without a car. I also notice noise when closing my trunk lids which never had a noise before, did now. also had with three down to the metal scrapes on driver's door jam. Which seems funny when they worked on right quarter panel. Of course, the denied everything. I would recommend this low budget place to anyone. Quality has definitely gone down hill. Paint is definitely a challenge! My vehicle's door looks like a child painted it, with drips running down the door. They also have the wrong fender on the vehicle. Also, upon picking up my car, the head light, all of a sudden quit working. I let them know immediately after noticing and the man who was helping me, gave me the run around and didn't even call me back. When I got Allstate involved the office manager told Allstate, that man "doesn't work here any longer" . They asked me to bring the car in for them to look at, and guess who was still there... that man!! After paying another company to reconnect the head lamp, j have decided to leave my car as is , being I won't be keeping it much longer. I don't trust them to touch my vehicle again! Backed my Truck into the side of the garage with the tailgate down! VERY ugly torsion on the quarter panel the tailgate and bumper. IT came back like brand new!! Couldn't tell anything happened. I joined Yelp because I am furious about this body shop. My car was brought here after a right front corner, 30 mph accident. They gave me a quote of $10,000, saying "look at how the hood is laying out of alignment, there is structure damage". I come to find that they took the screw out of the hood mechanism. Replace the screw, and the hood lay perfectly straight. They also said it needed a new suspension. I asked if the suspension was damaged, they said "Porsche recommends it being replaced when there is any accident." I took the car to my body shop, quite reputable and have done work for me in the past. The total repairs, including new radiator and light, is $4,000. Yes, less than half. Pine Ridge Coach owner Steve also offered to buy my damaged car for $500 (later raising the offer to $1,500). The book value, damaged, is $5,000 (repaired $12,000). read more

I, too, joined Yelp because of this body shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I brought my car in after an accident which wasn't my fault. When I picked it up, there was a SCRATCH from the keys on the interior of the door. I get in and out of my NEW car everyday. I never saw this gash in the plastic of the driver's side door. After the owner, Mike, called me a liar to my face, he told me he would fix it. Not only was there a huge scratch, but bits of paint flakes were all over the interior. The next day he told me he wouldn't unless I had proof that it wasn't there before the accident. The customer service here sucked. I will never bring any vehicle to this establishment again. I will also make certain everyone I know hears about this money hungry, irresponsible place. read more

**** Avoid if you can ***** The attempted repairs were done twice and tried to be handed off to me each time as "completed" repairs, the vehicle wasn't even painted, the door wouldn't close fully, there was paint on the seats from over spray, glue gushed out of each of the seems, seems didn't align, several screws and clips along the undercarriage of the vehicle were missing/broken/not repaired or replaced, and it had a coat of primer only, it wasn't even painted!!!! That was how I went to pick up my "finished" vehicle after the repairs that Mike advised was the best they could do...TWICE!!!! I brought the vehicle to the local Germain dealership, even they were appalled at the attempted repairs done. Unfortunately, due to the inability to repair my vehicle, Pine Ridge left me without a vehicle for 3 months, my out of pocket insurance coverage only covered us for the 14 days of rental coverage for repairs that were originally estimated by Mike at Pine Ridge to take just 8-10 days. Mike at Pine Ridge agreed to pick up $500 of the rest to cover our extended rental car due to repairs not being done...until I called to check on the status of that check and was simply told that they had "changed their minds, and we are not paying you anything" in this situation. They claimed to have no fault in the repair of the vehicle despite their shop FORMERLY being a preferred dealer by my insurance company and not completing the repairs correctly. read more

If I could give a zero or negative score I would. They completely screwed up a $10,000 repair on our $46,000 (one year old) truck so bad it was totaled. The bed of the truck was welded on in the wrong spot, the emblems were on crooked, door wouldn't close the first time they told us to pick it up and there were cracks down the doors. They missed several things, including painting the truck... twice. The second time the owner told us the shop was not a storage facility and to come get our truck. An hour and a half later (already on our way to a Toyota dealer) the manager called to say he didn't know we were in a rush to get our truck or that we were coming to get it and they hadn't been able to paint it yet. To make matters worse, they refused to help us pay for the additional out of pocked rental expenses because of their poor quality work. We went 12 weeks with no vehicle, paying insurance and a car payment. Thankfully we brought it to Gerber in Naples who went above and beyond to help us and were professional, kind and excellent keeping us in the loop. read more

This is the best body shop in town. I needed my Miata repaired after someone had hit my passenger door. The people at PRC were extremely helpful and the quality of their work was top-notch! They're a bunch of perfectionists. They even took out some small scratches that weren't part of the damage, for no extra charge, and the color matching was perfect. These guys really know what they are doing and I felt like I was in good hands for the entire process of getting a bid, dealing with the insurance company of the woman who hit me, and having the actual repair done. They were great about keeping me in the loop and even helped organize my rental car during the repair. Oh and the work looks fantastic -- car looks like new (which it practically was).
