I'm very grateful for the time, patience and professionalism that Mark & Mya took to help me make the best decision for my vehicle. I did a lot of research prior to deciding on both the Ceramic Coating and the Paint Protection Film but talking with experts definitely helps. And they really know this industry and have an obvious passion for it!!! While they assisted me greatly, never once did I feel any pressure to purchase or increase the packages I chose. In the end I opted for film on the front and the ceramic coating on the rest of the vehicle along with an incredible interior detailing. They also are very upfront about pricing and specials they run, just talk to them. Once you do, you'll probably decide protecting your investment is a sound strategy. I wonder how genuine objectivity YELP puts into this, because this business wasn't identified as being a top provider. I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings. I responded to a social media advertisement from Naples Ceramic Coatings that promoted window tinting AND automotive detailing. I needed both. Before calling, I visited their website, which clearly states they offer both services. I requested a quote to tint my 2022 Navigator and detail my 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Nichole, who was very pleasant, and transferred me to another employee, Miya, for a quote. Miya acknowledged that Nichole had already noted I had two vehicles needing service. However, when I began describing the work needed, she interrupted to tell me they do not detail vehicles for new customers. I politely ended the call, apologized for the misunderstanding and wasting her time, and wished her a great day. A few moments later, Miya called back to criticize me for ending the conversation--even though she had just told me they would not provide the services I requested. Her call back was an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Afterward, I went back to confirm their website and the ad I received both advertise detailing services for the public. It would be helpful if staff were aligned with what the company markets, so customers aren't misled or treated poorly for inquiring about the very services they promote. A special thanks to Mark and his team on the extraordinary efforts completed on my 2024 Corvette. The ceramic coating and PPF (film) were installed flawlessly and met and exceeded my standards. Thank You! Why did I select Naples Ceramic Coating? I had three final detailer estimates and the prices were very similar. The difference was the product quality, installer excellence / experience, installation environment, and commitment to perfection. The team nailed all four! My first impression was via phone working with Mya. I am extremely detailed oriented (anal) and Mya answered countess question over a few phone calls as I "vetted" the various detailer finalists. Mya is genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable on the products and installation techniques. I mentioned to Mark that here attitude and knowledge got me in the door via a 45-minute drive. When I dropped off the car I requested a tour of the facility. Mark personally conducted tour. The facilities are cleaned, well organized, environmentally controlled (essential for product installation) and the team members looked and conducted themselves professionally. Mark guided me on his service recommendations for my specific circumstances, driving intentions, and budgetary constraints. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just genuine recommendations based on my car model. Each car has particular risk areas based on body style. When I arrived to pick up my new car, Mark's team asked that I wait a bit longer for some installation tweaking. They stayed after-hours as I was the last customer of the day.
