Really disappointed. I paid $160 for a service that was not done correctly ,TWICE. I got my windshield tinted and the first time it had 4 significantly large scratches on the film. I called 2 days later and let them know, the girl told me to wait a week. I waited 2. The scratches were still there. So I stopped by on 2 separate occasions during the week and no one was there. They were closed. Granted their business card says they're available 7 days a week for appointments so I would think someone would also be there. So I wasted 40 minutes driving to the location twice. I called as I was leaving the second time and got a phone call back right away and we set an appointment to get my windshield re-done. When that appointment comes time I get a phone call 30 minutes before my appointment asking if I can go in ASAP instead of my appointment time. I let the guy know I was already on my way because I live far and I would be there on time for my appointment. The guy seemed annoyed at this. Finally got the windshield tint fixed and it's even worse the second time around. While there are no scratches on the film, there are air bubbles all over the driver side and there are LOTS of particles stuck under the film. read more

I called last minute and they said they could have done it in 90 minutes it took two days but i was not mad i understood. Take the stock tints off and add new ones. It came out so good, i felt like i just got a new car. These tints were so good i had to recommend my friends. Everyone says its 5 percent tint but its 15 the film i choose was AWESOME. read more

I POSTED UNDER THE VIDEO THAT THE QUALITY OF THEIR JOB IS POOR AND THEY TOOK THAT DOWN AND SHUT DOWN THE COMMENTS. SO IT APPEARS THEY WANT TO SHOW OFF THEY GOT OFFERED SUCH A HIGH END CAR TO DO THE WORK EVEN THOUGH THE JOB IS HORRIBLE. CALL ME TO COME SEE IT 239-200-5600. THREE OTHER PEOPLE LOOKED AT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND SAID IT IS MEDIOCRE. They did a poor job. When I called the owner he accused me of taking it to another place and them bashing the work. I kept saying this was not true but he said he saw me with his own eyes. BS. So, basically he accused me of being a LIAR. What a nice guy to insult someone that spent over 2K with them. I told him I was going to stand outside with a sign telling people about my experience and he said I was "trespassed off the property" and also told me "do not call this number again". He took over 2K and then insulted me. The work is pathetic. I don't think he cares since he has my money. There are bad spots on the hood, under the frunk, bad spots on the passenger mirror, smudges UNDER the PPF on the passenger mirror, bad spots on the front bumper. I cannot believe they give a damn about their work to give a car back with this type of workmanship. I have also noted that on other sites, if people complained, it appeared he didn't care. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I took my car to the Porsche dealership and they said get it removed and done right. The pics below show their poor quality of work. Please don`t do the same mistake like me. 3 Years ago I bought a car and I made the decision to tint my windows and for that i went on Groupon and bought a package from Eclipse . They did the job , but i did not get a receipt or a warranty paper ,they said if something happens just come back and that they have i don`t know what stickers under the foil ..(big LIE) 3 years later my back windshield is all baubles and looks really bad so I called them and guess what? They said to come with the warranty ..Which one?? If you don`t give one please don`t ask for one . If not they can replace it for 125 or something like that when I initially paid 110 for all the car back and front. DON`T TRUST THEM. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else. read more

Last year my wife and I went down to South West Florida as a late honey moon to and to share time with some family down there we hadn't seen in a while. While we were down there one of the belated wedding gifts we received was to have the guys over at Eclipse Window Tinting work on our Kia, what a GREAT JOB they did for us! This year we decided to go back down, only this time as a present for my father in law and his lovely wife we decided to return the favor. They couldn't be happier. All he kept talking about was how hot it is down there all the time and how the UV rays alone in the car are just about enough to KILL a man on some of the hot summer nights they have, but now he's looking forward to driving around and swears that with the new tint it's at least 15 degrees cooler in his car now and that he's even using his AC less, as he really doesn't feel a need for it as often. Just recently had my windows tinted. I went for the mid grade package and they fit me in the same day I called. Robert was very friendly and gave me all the info I requested and more. It took them about 20-25 minutes with 2 people to install tint on a mid size truck (all around except windshield). Cant speak of durability or anything of that matter as it's only a couple days old, but so far I'm very happy. I also like how they have a printer vs cutting it all out by hand so its more accurate and quicker. It's the small details for me that count. Wouldn't hesitate to bring in another vehicle. Wish I knew about the Yelp windshield banner offer though as I really wanted one but didnt see it until now. read more

I've come to Eclipse tinting for two different cars and they have been nothing but great to work with! The second time around they got my car done in about twenty minutes with all techs focused on my car. They worked with a deal for me since my back window didn't need to be tinted. Got my two front side windows done and was talked into doing the windshield. They told me that it was legal to have the front windshield tinted. I found out within the same week that no it was not legal to have the front window tinted, The police could find you $400 with a four point ticket on your license, and have your insurance raised. I went back to have the front taken off and they would not refund my money for it, 150 bucks down the drain. The two side windows or so hazy that it look like I was always driving through smoke, he said that would go away and after doing research online and I found that no that would not go away. They would not do anything about that either, another hundred bucks down the drain. I cannot fully blame them, I should've done my research before I chose their products and checked state laws. Can't trust salesman, They only want your money and will tell you anything. read more

If you're ever thinking about taking your car here for audio don't. I took my car in to have them install an amplifier and subwoofers. They installed pretty much everything incorrectly. My subwoofers stopped working a few days after they installed them. I took my truck to a different place (pure audio). They found that the power wire from my battery to the amp didn't have the fuse that I provided to them, which can be a fire hazard. Some of the wires they used to get the sound from were wrapped around my seat belt, The ground wire was barely attached. And a bunch of other issues. Totally unprofessional and unsafe install because of the potential for a fire. read more

Two weeks ago I brought my 2013 Honda Accord to the shop to get my windows tinted. I bought a Groupon coupon to which I was scammed into paying an additional $26 for a tint which was lighter than the one they said they got a deal on (None of this was specified in the ad). Two days after my first visit my back window tint partially peeled off and was bubbly and uneven on the parts which did stick. The second time I went back the owner said that the fault was in my car. He was reluctant to place a new tint on my car and wanted to cover the old tint up with another tint. Additionally, he told me that I could "buy glue at an auto shop" to glue back on the tint. At this point he said his machine to fix my tint was broken and I would have to come back again. The third time (and last time) I went in, we had discussed to place a tint on the back windshield to which he ended up tinting 3/4 of it and wanted to place a vinyl strip at the top of my car at a later date. Two days later, I noticed major bubbles in the middle of the windshield. I am extremely dissatisfied with this shop. The employee placing the tint stated he does not normally do tint, but installs audio/visual devices. This shop was not professional and they do not know what they are doing. It was unfortunate that this happened because I don't like to complain, even though the owner told me I was being "too picky". read more

I've never been motivated to write a Yelp review until now. I was a satisfied PRIOR repeat customer, and when I called to make a tinting appt, I was told the next day or 2 would work fine. Then I saw a Groupon online for the exact tint job I wanted. I bought it ($99), and called back to schedule the tinting. The owner (Robert) told me that the 1st available appt is a MONTH out for any promotional/Groupon incentives. And that he had sold over 1,800 of these. Who's going to wait a month to have a new car tinted in the summer? Clearly, the owner knows this, and probably assumes that quite a few that paid $99 will probably never use it. I called Groupon to complain, got a refund issued and will never do business with Eclipse. What a terrible way to run a business. read more

Got my front windshield done yesterday (anti UV and heat tint) and a strip on top of windshield. They use a computer system to cut your film and not by hand which is pretty cool. Job looks good so far, besides the film looking a little hazy ( I think this clears up after it cures) everything looks good. Good product for a decent price. I went to get my husbands car windows tinted today. I had been greeted within the first 5 seconds of pulling up. So friendly and kind. The windows were tinted in less time then they said. The car looks so amazing!!!! While waiting in the waiting room there was a very unruly customer. There was nothing the staff had done wrong. I know this because I was there with that customer while she was getting her car done. The professionalism they showed, while the customer was having her fit, was outstanding. They were nothing but kind. I am so very happy with the results of the tinting. I will be bringing our other cars there in the future. I will also be having our home windows tinted by them!!!! I'm so pleased with the job they did on my car. The lady who helped me was very nice and answered all of my questions in great detail. One of my back passenger windows does not go down and I had previously gone to a different place just to compare prices and they told me that I had to fix my window first then they would be able to tint it. That would've cost me about $250 parts and labor included. No thank you! Here at eclipse tinting the lady said there was no need in fixing my window and they could tint it with no problem! I purchased my auto window tinting on Angie's List. I was contacted by the owner within 24 hours and scheduled my appointment quickly. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted quickly and my windows were tinted promptly. The owner explained which tints could be applied and offered an additional film to be applied to my windshield to cut down on heat gain through the windshield. The windshield treatment is amazing. I can't believe how much cooler my car is. The side and rear tints look perfect and they make driving at nigt much more pleasurable, cutting down on the brightness of the headlights of the car behind my car. Called to make the appointment and Robert was more than helpful to explain the different options and what separates them from each other and what separates his company from other tinting shops in town. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, and Robert was ready to help me out in deciding which option could be best for my car and my intended need for the window tinting with a demonstration in the back room. After it was all decided, he said to come back in 60-90 minutes and the work should be complete. I got some breakfast nearby, came back in 50 minutes and to my surprise the car was done - looking very good. The work looks great, the tint is very clean, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Car looks better, and the interior is cooler in the Naples heat. Well explained, well done, and well recommended. Sometimes spending a little more, gets you a little more. I had my windows done maybe 9 months ago. I opted for the middle of the line tiny. First the tint job took like an hour, while I appreciate speed, I knew this was a sign especially on a 4 door car. There was basically zero attempt to clean up the tint fluid over spray on my interior door panels, so it was a complete pain to get off, and to top it off almost every window has bubbles in it. There may be a warranty but honestly I would rather go pay to have another shop take the tint off and redo it vs letting them touch my car again. All this and it was a brand new 86k car....not exactly a junker they wanted to rush through. Couldn't be more disappointed. read more
