Mike asked me for my groupon (I did buy the deal from that site) after that two guys started to work on my car. They spend like an hour doing my detailing and waxing, and I have no words to describe how good I felt when they gave me my car back. It was spotless (considering the situation that my car was to begin with). They also gave some recommendations so that next time I visit them have those in mind to make the overall look of my car better. I would definitively visit them again. Thank you guys for the great service! Keep it up.

While waiting…read morefor it to be installed I happened to walk into the Bay Area and found Nick and another employee attempting to unglued a remote that was attached to a display that had been hanging in the main waiting area to install with an alarm system that was. It the one I had been talked into getting. This was a display model that was inferior to the one they were charging me for. I was disgusted and let Nick know that this was unacceptable. I am a disabled military veteran and he knew it and I feel was trying to take advantage of me. I left the store and will never go back there again. I urge anyone else that is thinking about going to tint world in Naples, to go to the one in Bonita springs instead. Mark at Bonita is a stand up guy with integrity.

I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings. I responded to a social media…read moreadvertisement from Naples Ceramic Coatings that promoted window tinting AND automotive detailing. I needed both. Before calling, I visited their website, which clearly states they offer both services. I requested a quote to tint my 2022 Navigator and detail my 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Nichole, who was very pleasant, and transferred me to another employee, Miya, for a quote. Miya acknowledged that Nichole had already noted I had two vehicles needing service. However, when I began describing the work needed, she interrupted to tell me they do not detail vehicles for new customers. I politely ended the call, apologized for the misunderstanding and wasting her time, and wished her a great day. A few moments later, Miya called back to criticize me for ending the conversation--even though she had just told me they would not provide the services I requested. Her call back was an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Afterward, I went back to confirm their website and the ad I received both advertise detailing services for the public. It would be helpful if staff were aligned with what the company markets, so customers aren't misled or treated poorly for inquiring about the very services they promote. Based on this experience, I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings.

I did a lot of research prior to deciding on both the Ceramic Coating and the Paint Protection Film but talking with experts definitely helps. And they really know this industry and have an obvious passion for it!!! While they assisted me greatly, never once did I feel any pressure to purchase or increase the packages I chose. In the end I opted for film on the front and the ceramic coating on the rest of the vehicle along with an incredible interior detailing. They also are very upfront about pricing and specials they run, just talk to them. Once you do, you'll probably decide protecting your investment is a sound strategy. I wonder how genuine objectivity YELP puts into this, because this business wasn't identified as being a top provider. Every other set of reviews rates them consistently at FIVE STARS (and NO, I'm not an employee nor even know the owners). I just got exceptional service.

Staff was friendly and helpful showing me the different tints and how much light would come in with the different shades. Tint was done in less than 2 hours. Make sure to follow their instructions and keep your windows up for the 5 days. They also have the warranty that comes with the tint, do not skip on filling that out and submitting back! I love my tint on my car, has been an absolute game changer in this Florida heat!
