When we arrived at his company we could see the area in the back where the tint film is applied and were amazed with the cleanliness. A clean and and organized shop leaves a great first impression! Matt is very knowledgeable, and after explaining in detail the types/specs of window tint, he recommended Expel Tint Film! I had heard of this company, that also manufactures paint protective film for cars, and was impressed with the quality and reviews of their products! We opted for the Expel Ceramic Tint film that also has a transferable warranty! We dropped our cars off and they were both done perfectly within 3 hours! I did a lot of research prior to deciding on both the Ceramic Coating and the Paint Protection Film but talking with experts definitely helps. And they really know this industry and have an obvious passion for it!!! While they assisted me greatly, never once did I feel any pressure to purchase or increase the packages I chose. In the end I opted for film on the front and the ceramic coating on the rest of the vehicle along with an incredible interior detailing. They also are very upfront about pricing and specials they run, just talk to them. Once you do, you'll probably decide protecting your investment is a sound strategy. I wonder how genuine objectivity YELP puts into this, because this business wasn't identified as being a top provider. I needed both. Before calling, I visited their website, which clearly states they offer both services. I requested a quote to tint my 2022 Navigator and detail my 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Nichole, who was very pleasant, and transferred me to another employee, Miya, for a quote. Miya acknowledged that Nichole had already noted I had two vehicles needing service. However, when I began describing the work needed, she interrupted to tell me they do not detail vehicles for new customers. I politely ended the call, apologized for the misunderstanding and wasting her time, and wished her a great day. A few moments later, Miya called back to criticize me for ending the conversation--even though she had just told me they would not provide the services I requested. Her call back was an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Afterward, I went back to confirm their website and the ad I received both advertise detailing services for the public. It would be helpful if staff were aligned with what the company markets, so customers aren't misled or treated poorly for inquiring about the very services they promote. Based on this experience, I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly! My new windshield looks great and only took an hour to install. I highly recommend this company.
