But in the past, it's always been replacing a windshield (or a side window since) and I've never used their "repair" feature until today. In a recent trip a stone hit my windshield on the highway and created a chip, which spread into a very small crack. My understanding is their threshold is the entire damage must be the size of a quarter or less, which it was. I was able to book a same day appointment, went in, and they took a look and told me it shouldn't be an issue. The quoted me 45 minutes, and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Once again they did a fanatic job, quick and friendly service, and now the chip and crack is not even noticeable. Every situation may be different, but I continued to have nothing but positive experience with Safelite having used them in several different states (including once while away from home traveling).

Despite my only being a potential customers and month(s) away, they (specifically Madhova- sorry I probably spelled that wrong) was incredibly responsive and helpful using the Yelp messaging feature. In fact, on several occasions I would submit a message in the evening or over a weekend expecting a response back the next day or next working day (which I am fine with) and I would still get a response back quickly. The team was friendly and patience and very easy to do business with. It was easy to schedule a job, the waiting room was very comfortable and the job excellent. The windows look as good as if it came from they manufacturer that way. And they did NOT try to upsell. Definitely plan to use them again.

I needed both. Before calling, I visited their website, which clearly states they offer both services. I requested a quote to tint my 2022 Navigator and detail my 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Nichole, who was very pleasant, and transferred me to another employee, Miya, for a quote. Miya acknowledged that Nichole had already noted I had two vehicles needing service. However, when I began describing the work needed, she interrupted to tell me they do not detail vehicles for new customers. I politely ended the call, apologized for the misunderstanding and wasting her time, and wished her a great day. A few moments later, Miya called back to criticize me for ending the conversation--even though she had just told me they would not provide the services I requested. Her call back was an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Afterward, I went back to confirm their website and the ad I received both advertise detailing services for the public. It would be helpful if staff were aligned with what the company markets, so customers aren't misled or treated poorly for inquiring about the very services they promote. Based on this experience, I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings.

I contracted Glass America of Fort Myers to replace the windshield of my TESLA Model 3. While the…read morework was completed, the technicians caused significant damage to the interior of my car in the process. What was most disturbing and infuriating was that they failed to inform me and attempted to conceal causing the damage. After the installation, the technician, Justin, simply packed his tools, wished me a good day, and drove off. After considerable effort to reach out to Glass America, we finally received a response from management about the damage and the technician's lack of accountability. The responding supervisor, Mike Gonnelly, was dismissive and condescending. He offered no apology for the technician's conduct or the damage to my vehicle. Instead, Mike Gonnelly was solely concerned with limiting the repair costs. He demanded that I allow his shop to handle the repairs, refusing to cover the costs for repairs at Tesla. When I advised him that he left me no choice but to contact my auto insurance company to intervene with payment for the windshield, he said, "Go ahead, I don't care, we've already been paid". State Farm DID CARE when I reported the incident. GLASS AMERICA of Fort Myers needs a top-down cleanup of its management team, but when the REGIONAL MANAGER IS THE BROTHER of the LOCAL MANAGER, how likely is it that change will happen?

Not to mention they had marketing displays up for basic retint of an entire car for $150, premium tint for $175, and superior tint for $250. But yet somehow retinting my 2 windows was more than the cost of tinting an entire car and more than double what was quoted over thephone. When I asked about the prices on the display boards I was told "those prices are not correct, they have gone up, have you gone to Publix lately and seen the prices?" in sort of condescending way. Went to install an alarm system. They talked me into getting a very expensive system. While waiting…read morefor it to be installed I happened to walk into the Bay Area and found Nick and another employee attempting to unglued a remote that was attached to a display that had been hanging in the main waiting area to install with an alarm system that was. It the one I had been talked into getting. This was a display model that was inferior to the one they were charging me for. I was disgusted and let Nick know that this was unacceptable. I am a disabled military veteran and he knew it and I feel was trying to take advantage of me. I left the store and will never go back there again. I urge anyone else that is thinking about going to tint world in Naples, to go to the one in Bonita springs instead. Mark at Bonita is a stand up guy with integrity.
