Glue dripped on my steering wheel, it's hard like a rock, I can't get it off.

I gave it only 3 stars because I had to keep going back and this should not happen if it's a quality job done right. For customer service I'd give 5 stars. I really wish I just would have never went in the first place and just fixed the 2 millimeter nick myself; that's how small it was (I could have ordered the glue on Amazon). But, I figured I'd let the experts do it. Well, they ended up making the nick worse, like dime size. Which I do question if it's because replacing a whole windshield cost more money? It's easy to make a nick larger on purpose ( I'm not saying that's what they did, but it does make one wonder since insurance pays for it). So, I scheduled the replacement at my home (which I don't recommend,) it's best if you go to them. They have all the tools in the shop plus a second pair of hands if needed. While I was driving I kept hearing this thud noise. My son who was in the passenger seat then noticed the windshield molding flapping in the wind. That could have been a safety hazard if it came off and went flying. So, I went back again and had that glued down, plus the first guy that came to my house also missed a clip by the hood of the car. I take my car home and my husband noticed that there was also about 6 inches of weather stripping missing on one molding. So, I needed to make another appointment to take it back again. Customer service said that they should have put in new moldings to begin with and not have reused the old ones. So, the master tec fixed the one side with one new molding, but he still left the old molding on the other side ( go figure ). I also now have a rock hard drip of glue on the center of my steering wheel which I cannot get off. I assume this happened when it was being repaired as it was not there before. ‍

I contracted Glass America of Fort Myers to replace the windshield of my TESLA Model 3. While the…read morework was completed, the technicians caused significant damage to the interior of my car in the process. What was most disturbing and infuriating was that they failed to inform me and attempted to conceal causing the damage. After the installation, the technician, Justin, simply packed his tools, wished me a good day, and drove off. After considerable effort to reach out to Glass America, we finally received a response from management about the damage and the technician's lack of accountability. The responding supervisor, Mike Gonnelly, was dismissive and condescending. He offered no apology for the technician's conduct or the damage to my vehicle. Instead, Mike Gonnelly was solely concerned with limiting the repair costs. He demanded that I allow his shop to handle the repairs, refusing to cover the costs for repairs at Tesla. When I advised him that he left me no choice but to contact my auto insurance company to intervene with payment for the windshield, he said, "Go ahead, I don't care, we've already been paid". State Farm DID CARE when I reported the incident. GLASS AMERICA of Fort Myers needs a top-down cleanup of its management team, but when the REGIONAL MANAGER IS THE BROTHER of the LOCAL MANAGER, how likely is it that change will happen?
