We were from out of town and had a crack during our travel that spread fast enough we didn't feel comfortable driving back home without repairing it. I talked to Brian on the phone and he seemed really knowledgeable about the different types of glass. Brian also got me squeezed in to help us get repaired before heading home when other auto glass companies could not. Our out of state insurance has a deductible for windshield repairs but Amy tried to get our insurance to cover the cost (like most FL insurance policies will). I really appreciated their help through the process, their help in trying to save me money, and their overall Customer Service. read more

Hadn't plan on replacing windshield of 2002 Trailblazer, however when a mechanic accidentally cracked the windshield while replacing AC evaporator they called Brian from Auto Glass Detail and passed his name on to me. I'm glad they did. As a fellow business owner I ALWAYS appreciate and try to call out exceptional service--Auto Glass Depot falls within this category. Brian called the day before with his estimated ETA. The morning of he called again to let me know he was on the way and that he'd be EARLY! When was the last time a service person was early? He has every tool required with him, his co-business owner and spouse Amy was also there and the two work in concert. The replacement was fast, efficient, meticulous and flawless. Super friendly, reliable, efficient. I had 2 new windows cut in my brand new van. My only criticism is that he suggested that I could cover the raw edges of the cuts he made with door strip. At $400 for less than an hour's work, it would've been a nice touch for him to do that instead of leaving it to me. There was also scraped paint in my interior, aside from the cut edges. Not too happy about that, but I'll get used to it. read more

Must admit am disappointed. Although they showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion I have found they cut the pillar and damaged the roof of the truck. The windshield was not cleaned on the inside so was almost impossible to see through. What started out as getting a windshield replaced due to a rock now has me with a new truck with significant damage well beyond the cost of the windshield. read more

I keep up with the advancements in automobile glass & Insurance Companies . In 2003 the Florida Broken Windshield Statue Law Passed. It is written so that insurance companies replace and/or fix small chips at no deductible to the policy holder When we are dealing with more then 3 chips or small cracks law stated that the windshield be completely replaced. While working with insurance companies or individuals we stay committed to providing the best quality windshield replacement / repair in the state of Florida at the lowest price, just like we always have been. I had my 2021 Honda HRV windshield replaced today. Brian and Amy were very friendly and thorough with my repair. They helped me navigate through my insurance to ensure everything would be covered and the correct items were going to be provided. The insurance company told me all I needed was a windshield patch, however Brian and Amy both recommended I get the windshield replaced and not patched. The crack was too deep. My mom's rearview mirror was broke and we were told we had to buy a new mirror and replace the windshield. I called Brian at auto glass depot and he not only unscrewed and removed the old mirror he got me the new mirror and had it on in minutes for just the price of the mirror under $20 and saved us $690.
