I have never felt more inclined to leave a positive review for such a wonderful company. The customer service, workmanship, attention to detail, and communication are prevalent with Solartex. This all started with a phone call where I had the privilege of speaking with Ray and inquiring about getting my windows tinted on my '24 Honda accord. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and informative. You could tell that he was passionate about his profession and makes you feel like part of the family. Ray was flexible with my schedule and when I dropped in later that day, he assured me that I would have the car that evening! Within 20 minutes of dropping the car off, Ray called me to inform me of some mistakes a previous company had made when removing window tint. He remained confident in his ability to deliver a quality product regardless of the damage made by another company. Ray called in record time to let me know that the car was done. When I showed up to get the car I was in disbelief. The windows looked perfect. The bar was set high from the very beginning and Ray had exceeded every expectation. The only thing better than the quality of work is the great prices and different packages this company offers. I will be using Ray and his team for all of my vehicles in the future and will be sure to recommend any and all friends or family to Solartex if they are looking for the best window tinting in the game. Thanks again Ray! read more

Ray is awesome! I had to postpone my appointment a couple of times, and he could not have been more understanding. They did a fantastic job, price was very reasonable (about half what the place my dealership recommended), and they are really good people. If I need to get tinting on my vehicle again, I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone. read more

So I decided to use Ray at Solartex because he is near GTX Tires where I get my tires and he has done one small tint job on a car i previously owned. Ray is super diligent, very hardworking, detailed oriented and wants you to be satisfied. Waiting room had Netflix, cold drinks and cold A/C if you need to wait on your vehicle like I did. He was very professional and respectful and went over all options of levels, gradients and prices of tints or ceramics. I wanted something to protect the interior of my BMW but not be too dark...He listens and obviously had a wealth of knowledge in window tint so he helped me choose the perfect tint...And he stayed late to get it done....There is a reason he is so busy, he's that good...And work comes with a lifetime guarantee....So you know the quality is there, and you don't have to worry about peeling which happens with inferior products. If you are thinking about window tint for your car, this is the place..... read more

Solartex Window Tinting - Jeep Grand Cherokee - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

Got several different quotes from different companies but this one stood since they always answered their phones and were happy to address all my concerns and questions and all the prices I got were similar. Writing this one week after the tint job on Tesla 3 and it's amazing! No bubbles, no marks of any kinda. He offered different tint options and different ways to do it cause of the big rear window. Super happy I went there and the tint came with a warranty that they themselves fulfill. If you want 5 star service it's a clear choice, go with Solartex! read more

Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend. Very responsive, friendly, and understanding.

Been trying to get an appointment for months, zero communication with these people.

So I've been here twice and can't say enough about how much I appreciate doing business here. After moving down to southwest FL I drove by and saw the Solartex sign and circled around to get a quote. It was a Saturday and the business was supposed to be closed but the door was open. The owner (Ray) was there doing some administrative work but welcomed me in. After speaking with him and realizing I only needed two windows done on my Grand Cherokee, he offered to do it that day even though he was supposed to be closed. Once I got my Toyota Tacoma down to our new place I knew exactly who to go to and once again I received stellar service. Today I find myself having to have the tint removed from both vehicles because we are moving back to the northeast where the tint is illegal in our state of NH. Not only did Ray work both my vehicles in to accommodate my hectic moving schedule but he did it with a smile. What impresses me most about this operation is the level of service I receive from such a young guy. He's honest, he educates you, he knows what he's doing, you can't beat his prices, and his attention is on you his customer. As a business consultant focusing on the service industry, I'm not very easy to please all the time. But every time I talk to this young man I feel like I'm his only customer and that's exactly how customers want to feel. I am completely and thoroughly impressed with the customer service and high quality work. I highly recommend Ray and Solartex for your window tinting needs. You can't go wrong with this operation. read more

Look no further. This is the place to go. I took my Audi A5 Cabriolet there today. 2 hours later my car was returned perfect. Ray is a gentleman. I really believed beforehand that because of Ray's enthusiasm in his trade that I had nothing to worry about. What I mean by this is that it would be done right the 1st time. And it was. Thanks Ray! read more

Ray @ Solartex did an awesome job on my wife's car. I know exactly were I will get my next car tinted.

I went there for the first time for both of my vehicles, I couldn't of been more impressed with the job that was done. Also, the owner was there and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to perfection. I WAS THAT IMPRESSED WITH THE OWNER AND THE ESTABLISHMENT!! read more
