$$$$ SERVICE REQUESTED:…read moreSadly, I drove a wee bit to close to the darned cement curbs (or whatever they are) at a Publix shopping center parking lot in my very beautiful Lexus LC 500 weeks ago. When I drove towards the cement horizontal things I heard the tiny sound of my front bumper making contact. Of course when I inched backwards, the bumper was scraped and badly scarred. I knew eventually I'd be going back to Gerber Collision & Glass on Metro Parkway (Fort Myers FL.) for an estimate and costly repair, paint etc. QUALITY: I'm a repeat customer and knew the work would be really top notch. When I drove in on time, Monday at 9:30, Nicole met me (we had done the estimate and evaluation the Thursday before). She is very bright, professional, and handled the entire process. I had asked to please have the car finished by the end of the day Wednesday that week. To my surprise, she called Tuesday afternoon telling me to pick up the car at 2:00 - at least 24 hours sooner than expected. The job was perfect, color match of the Lexus Atomic Silver was excellent. VALUE: Although the cost was very high, it's hard to put a price on the excellent work. Apparently, this Lexus has some radar monitor in the front end which needed an outside person to do a calibration. I blame myself entirely for this necessary repair and will never go to that Publix parking lot where those curbs are present. The car has a rather low to the ground profile to begin with. SUMMARY: Highly recommended. TIP: If you ask nicely you'll be given the Military discount. And big thanks to Nicole!

Then not even 2 hours I get a call it did not need that to them the sound was a much much more costly problem about $3000. and in THERE opinion it is just the wear of the car not due to the damage caused by the accident.

I didn't like…read morethe look of the Reflectix insulation on the inside being visible from the outside and so I stopped here to see what they might be able to do. Mark came out with me to the van, checked it out and offered a quote. I accepted and we set an appointment for Tuesday. He also said that he could try to see about installing my upgraded horn. I arrived on time and my van was immediately taken to the back to be worked on. It took them a good while because the windows are sort of behind the mattress platform and a bit of a challenge to access. As well, they're a non-standard size. But even with those challenges, Tint World kept the price and the new tinted windows (5% limo black) look fantastic. I'm super pleased with them. Thanks, Mark. Great work! This is how my experience went: - Got in my car, noticed about a 10 inch crack in my windshield. - I called Allstate - My call was automatically queued to the agents that handle glass issues. - I gave the details to the agent. - Agent asked if I wanted a mobile or in store repair. - I stated I wanted an in store repair. They asked "Is Safelite AutoGlass ok" - I said yes. - The agent booked me a 9 am appointment - I arrived on time. In 5 minutes my car was already in process of getting fixed. I was told that it would take about 2 hours for the glass to be replaced since I have a BMW. - I asked if a driver could take me to Starbucks down the streeet. No question asked- a driver happily dropped me off. - 9:20 am - I received a call from a technician, who listed all the interior defects on my car. I told the absolute truth. They were covering their tail. Unscrupulous people must have tried to cheat their way for free repairs. - 10:30 am - Got a call - My car was done. Conclusion: My car was repaired perfectly. They even vacuumed the carpet. Service was professional, organized and polite. Very positive experience. I'm so blown away by the way they operate, that I will urge my clients to look to Safelite as an example of how to properly conduct a business. I don't have any business relationship with this company. I do want to look to see if they are publicly owned, and possibly purchase their stock. ff they continue in this manner, this company is apt to be going places.
