I recently moved to Florida and was having trouble finding a shop to apply window tint to my new truck. Several of the tinting shops, in the area, had no reviews, or poor reviews. A few days ago, I found Black Wolf Tinting after searching again. When I called in, I didn't expect to be scheduled in the same day. In fact, I was told I could being my truck in within the hour. When I got to the shop, I noticed it was very clean and well organized. This is important when it comes to window tinting. The owner, Brian, greeted me and offered an air conditioned room to wait in while he tinted the windows. He then started on my truck. He was done in a very reasonable time. He then explained about the warranty, cure time, and reiterated that if I have any problems to bring my truck back. He also told me that if I'm ever unhappy with his work to bring it back in and he will make it right. The window tint was excellent. No issues to speak of. Brian did warn me about not rolling the windows down for a few days. I then paid for the tinting, which was really really reasonable. I started driving home and within ten minutes of leaving the tint shop, I forgot about not rolling down the window. I'm serious, it was just by habit to reach for the window switch. But, there was a big piece of warning tape across that switch and the other side. That really impressed me because no one has ever done that for me on past tint work. This is one important detail Brian provides for his customers. Over all, I'm very impressed with this company. You won't go wrong bringing your vehicle to Black Wolf Window Tinting. I want ANYONE who has ANY medical problems that causes them to need more prevention from the sun to call BRIAN!! He was the ONLY place that worked with me & informed me about the special Tallahassee permit so I could get my windows with a deeper tint. That is such a great piece of information for patients needing this. NO ONE else gave me any kind of information. If anything they would say "I'm not responsible if you get a ticket". Not Brian!!
