Brought the car in, they retinted the 2 windows, then upon pickup they told me the price was $225. This was a surprise since we were told $100 over the phone. Not to mention they had marketing displays up for basic retint of an entire car for $150, premium tint for $175, and superior tint for $250. But yet somehow retinting my 2 windows was more than the cost of tinting an entire car and more than double what was quoted over thephone. When I asked about the prices on the display boards I was told "those prices are not correct, they have gone up, have you gone to Publix lately and seen the prices?" in sort of condescending way. Overall bad experience. This seems to be a common trend based on some of the other reviews...

It the one I had been talked into getting. This was a display model that was inferior to the one they were charging me for. I was disgusted and let Nick know that this was unacceptable. I am a disabled military veteran and he knew it and I feel was trying to take advantage of me. I left the store and will never go back there again. I urge anyone else that is thinking about going to tint world in Naples, to go to the one in Bonita springs instead. Mark at Bonita is a stand up guy with integrity.

I asked for the updates to stop so I could be surprised when I picked it up. Day of the pickup they texted me saying they needed me to come in at the end of the day as their quality control team found an issue they wanted to fix. We walk in and get escorted to the vehicle and the PPF and tint look great! There were a few spots where the PPF appears to have minor debris under it which the shop said they could fix if they were still there at the two week follow up. Some of the edges so the high gloss, I guess that's on me for not fully researching where there would be edges that can't be wrapped. We open the doors to check the detailing and found a couple of items that were not to our liking. We spoke up about our unhappiness with these items and the owner reached out personally later that night to resolve these issues. Overall the PPF and tint look amazing!
