I would give 6 stars if I could. I've been so blown away by my experience with Devine Concepts that I couldn't write this review fast enough. Seriously. This may be one of the last great totally customer-driven businesses. One of my cars was built just before CarPlay and front/rear cameras became standard equipment on the model. I went to Devine for a retrofit system that would fill in the blanks. The proprietor Adam is a total professional who clearly loves what he does and takes pride in his work. I'm a tech and DIY nut, and it's clear that his tech and product knowledge are incredible. It's also clear that he can seamlessly switch to translating the complex into the simple, which is super helpful since there's a whole lot more that I don't know. The shop at Devine is cleaner and better organized than an operating room. You know that someone who takes that much care of their facility is going to take care of your four-wheeled baby. I had the best experience here with Adam. I know quite a lot about car audio and electronics and I'm a little OCD myself and really believe in doing things the right way, so I'm very picky about who does work on my car and Adam far exceeded my expectations. I drove 2.5 hrs to drop my car off with him to have a custom radar detector install done only because if it isn't installed just right, it won't be as effective. There were plenty of shops around me that could have done this install, but I wanted the best to do it and that's Adam at Devine Concepts and I'm extremely happy I decided to make the drive to see him. Very friendly, personable, listens to what you want and does what's best for you, not for him. Doesn't upsell or talk you into things you don't need. Very honest, does outstanding work and treats all customers with the same respect, dignity and care, no matter how much you buy or what kind of car you drive. Will spend as much time with you as you like, follows up after the job is complete and always has time for questions or concerns before, during and after install. Highly recommend for all of your car audio, radar detector and electronic needs! You won't find someone more knowledgeable or who truly cares more about the quality of his work than Adam. I visited Devine Concepts in desperation. I had bought a new Cue system for my Cadillac SRX & had no idea how to install it I called Adam (the owner) about 3:00 pm in the afternoon. He had just had a cancelation & told me to bring the car over & he would take a look. With in one half hour he had the old Cue system out of the dash & the new one installed!!! I assure you this was no easy task. The local Cadillac dealer did not want to do it. All the plastic parts were reinstalled without a scratch!!! Adam was great.
