He stole my system out of my truck after I wanted to upgrade one month after it was installed then he charge me for the upgrade took everything out disarmed my alarm stalled alarm parts that I paid $1500 for the system was over $5000 and parts he stole close to $8000 for me and now the cops are going to send a detective, so I pray that everything is going to be on my side, but I would not take anything to him not even a 1 inch speaker or to install or recommend anything he is a thief and a very dishonest person. Chris is the best person to work with doing audio installs. He changed my Tacoma radio into a Bluetooth touch screen that allows hands free phone calls on the radio. Plays CDs, DVDs iPod, pandora and XM right from my iPhone. Backup camera installed too. This has to be the worst auto stereo service and product I have experienced. I had an Axxess Bluetooth/phone system and adapter put into my car, $275. Eleven months/1000 car miles later it failed to connect to FM antenna. I took it back to Chris, owner, and found out he put in a discontinued system that he can't get. He lead me on that he was looking for a replacement but after a month he never got one. I called Metra (the distributor for Axxess) and he isn't even a Axxess / Metra dealer. After several attempts to try to get my part replaced under warranty ...Chris told me to stop bothering him. No warranty on product because he isn't an authorized dealer and will not take care of his customers if there is a problem. Metra dealer recommended to take it to Tint World and they would help me out. Negative rating. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! read more
