The mechanic broke down the issue, cause, and solution to my "grinding" noise explaining in detail how we can solve the issue both short term and long term. Most importantly the automotive center team provided an estimate of cost ahead of time and stuck to their budget. I left with the car and then a couple of weeks later the car was compleltey dead. I had to have it towed to a repair station to address the issue. More time and more money. This company, automtive center, never connetcted the battery cable properly so the car ran off the battery for a couple of weeks and the alternator was never charging the battery therefor the car died after two weeks. It is pretty basic to tighen the cables that go to the postive and negative teminals of a battery.
