First, in all fairness, the operator of the truck was excellent. Went above and beyond to place my motorcycle where it was convenient for me. They were asked by police at the scene to tow to my house which was a 1/2 mile away. After my hospital stay, I found the vehicle not at my house. They had towed it some 15 miles away. When I asked why they did not do as requested, the answer was that there would have been no one home to pay them, when , in fact , my friend was there waiting. This eventually resulted in a $500 plus bill for towing both ways and storage which could have been avoided. Crooks!!! read more

Our car was towed after an accident, they kept are car and didn't cooperate with the insurance company, contact us, and charged us daily while our car sat accruing fees. They are POND SCUM. Do not use them for anything. By the time are car was released to the body shop it cost $1,700!!!!! Such a shit company they should be ashamed of themselves. read more

My 82-year-old mom's car battery died. Called and they said they would be here within 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and nothing. Called again and they said driver had been sent and would be there within "20 to 30 minutes." Meaning they should've said an hour. Will update if they get here. They came out to jump my car for a dead battery, and ended up frying my computer in my car. Now I have to pay big bucks to get my car fixed and they won't take any responsibility. The supervisor was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. He refused to do anything. What happened to customer service? We all make mistakes, they should've helped fix this instead of being nasty.
