An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. Instead of simply coming to help, they called me and told me to take out the jack, look at the manual, and get the spare tire ready so that when they arrived, all they had to do was install the new tire. Basically, they wanted me to do all the work myself. That's completely unacceptable, especially when this is a service I'm paying for through Geico. If I could do it on my own, I wouldn't have called for roadside assistance in the first place. This was unprofessional and felt like a total lack of responsibility. Geico really needs to review who they're partnering with, because this kind of service does not reflect the level of help I expect as a paying customer

The reason I went to Windermere instead of the dealer is because Windermere came highly recommended, turns out they charged double what another retailer would've charged and even more than the Mercedes dealer would've charged. My boyfriend tried to talk with them, asked how they could've charged so much. They said my college age son approved the cost and they had to get parts from Europe, tariff, etc., etc. I believe my son and I were taken advantage of. I don't recommend this business.
