I had a very disappointing experience with the roadside assistance company partnered with Geico. I called for help with a flat tire -- a service that's supposed to be covered and included in my policy. Instead of simply coming to help, they called me and told me to take out the jack, look at the manual, and get the spare tire ready so that when they arrived, all they had to do was install the new tire. Basically, they wanted me to do all the work myself. That's completely unacceptable, especially when this is a service I'm paying for through Geico. If I could do it on my own, I wouldn't have called for roadside assistance in the first place. This was unprofessional and felt like a total lack of responsibility. Geico really needs to review who they're partnering with, because this kind of service does not reflect the level of help I expect as a paying customer read more

I was told on the phone that they could give me a ride back to my house witch was less then 2 miles away, they even went on to ask if I would need assistance with getting in the tow truck. I used their towing service and also had the car serviced there. Pros: Very nice staff, red carpet treatment, fast service, nice facility. Cons: Expensive. I needed a new alternator and serpentine belt installed and was 'nickel and dimed' on labor charges and charged not for actual hours of labor but the 'book' labor for the job. They gave me the parts cost upfront but nothing was said about the estimated labor. Since alternators are typically a straightforward job, I didn't think to ask - my mistake. Alternator price and belt price were a little on high side which I compared with several local parts stores online but close enough. Labor charged was 3.1 'book' hours for the replacement, plus 0.6 'book' hours to plug a diagnostic tester to the electrical system, and around 1 'book' hour to make sure the battery was fully charged. From the time the car was originally dropped off to receiving the call saying the service was completed, about 2 actual hours elapsed. At $98/hour labor rate there, I was charged well over double the actual labor. A 'shop supply' fee was also added to my bill. I'm not sure what this related to as I would think an alternator / belt change would only required a set of tools and not fluids or other miscellaneous items. Two hours of work to change a belt and install a rebuilt alternator cost just under $800. I did complain to the service manager when I picked up the car. He was very polite and professional but wouldn't make any adjustments to my bill. Bottom line: Nice place / people / service but be prepared for some sticker shock. They were very good in many ways but I left the place feeling like I was taken advantage of. I probably would not go there again. I do know better service centers where I live in Fort Myers but my car happened to break down in Naples and took a chance on this place. read more

Wow, we've never had a bad experience with a company that we weren't dependent on and felt the need to write a review after, until now. A supposed "experienced tow driver" arrived to pull a car out of the ditch in front of our neighbors house and he seriously just wanted to pull the car through the ditch as quick as possible and get out. The car was a newer car (aka plastic parts) and had no visible damage but if they would have pulled it out the way he wanted to it would have been damaged for sure. It took a neighborhood rally to lift it out and problem solved while the tow guy stood in the background and never moved to help. read more

My SUV cable for the gear broke. The tow driver temporarily fix it and was fast service. Towed it to my mechanic and was very nice.

Always use another towing company. ANY other towing company. Every single person I had to deal with here was completely ignorant and rude.

Dead battery. Came out and tried to jump with crappy equipment. Clamp came loose from cable wiring. Tech applied wiring directly to terminal, wouldn't start. Tech said it wasn't battery. He did not have equipment to tow. Called AAA for towing to dealer. Jumped battery first. Started right up. Took car to dealer and replaced dead battery. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. A friend of mines bike broke down and we are stranded in Naples Circle K. George and Sons showed up after an hour of us waiting and then denied the tow because they didn't want to travel 60 miles. They should've let us know at the time they were not interested. Now we are stranded for another hour. If you are looking for a tow company I strongly suggest you choose anybody else but George and sons towing. It's not that they refused to go from Naples to Fort Myers, it's that they took an hour to get here, then refused Integrity is an important part of business. Don't waste your time. read more

My daughter was in accident. I called AAA for a tow. George & Son's showed up . I asked if the guy was from AAA since it was written on tow truck. He said yes. Towed car only to find out wasn't tow service called from AAA. Charged us $218 plus an extra day to hold it because we were upset we were told it was AAA and said it sound like a scam. Be VERY careful!!!! I will never let them touch another vehicle when we get ours back tomorrow. Since we upset him he would not allow us to pay by phone so I will need to go in tomorrow and pay THEN have it paid to be towed by someone else to a body shop. read more

Great towing and repair shop. Family owned. Had my 2007 Yukon Denali towed there because of a wheel bearing failure. Fixed the car the same day and at a very fair price. Not the best area of Naples but half the price of the dealers. read more

My cousin and I went to Walmart for the last present for my kids on December 23, 2012. We went in and when we came out he realize he had locked the keys in his car, I'm a member of aaa so we called for service and they dispatch George and sons. They were taking a little long so my husband came and picked me up, my cousin stay back with the car when the employee of George and sons got there he wanted to see my membership info. I had already had gotten home so I was trying to give him my info over the phone but he would not take it. He was rude and disrespectful a total jerk. We had to get back in the car and go back to Walmart he was gone by the time We got there. it didn't take long after calling back aaa for him to show up again. He had the car open in less than 2 min . Here comes the funny part never ask me for my info that he wanted so bad when we talk on the phone. The owner/manager Daniel tried to have my personal vehicle insurance (State Farm) cover an accident that was caused by one of his employees. An employee that he apparently did not want to cover himself any longer due to continued on the job accidents and mishaps. This was an accident that was not even involving my personal vehicle or myself. Sounds far fetched I know and that's why I'm here to let you know the type of people you are dealing with. When I attempted to call Mr. Daniel and confront him about this situation, only after learning about it when my insurance company called me, he refused to speak to me and hung up the phone. Bit of a long story but please read on: I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and went out camping to a remote campground in Big Cypress when my Jeep would not move when I put it in gear. No reverse and no drive - would only rev up. Called my Geico roadside service (thank God I had cell service and I was not on the ORV trail) and they contacted George & Son Towing to come and tow me. I was going to have them tow me to the Jeep dealer in Naples but when I called there, I was told my Jeep could sit there for weeks. Well, I live on the east coast 2 hours away. As I sat and waited, I Googled what could be wrong and came to the conclusion that it was the shifter cable/linkage. Well, I had to make a decision on what to do so I decided that I would have to have the tow truck driver drive me home to Deerfield Beach since I did not know when I could get my Jeep fixed in that area. It could perhaps cost me more to stay there waiting for my Jeep to be repaired than to have him take me back home. Driver arrived and was very nice. Loaded my Jeep on the flatbed and headed to my home. Total cost to me after Geico covered my first 44 miles was $400.00 plus I gave the driver a $60.00 tip. The next day, I called a local tow company to tow my Jeep to the local Jeep dealer. When the driver arrived, I told him what was wrong and he told me that he could just put it in gear for me and he would not have to tow me. I WAS IN SHOCK! He got under the Jeep put it in reverse then put it in drive for me making me good to go. He saved me $75.00 on the tow. When I arrived at the Jeep dealer, 3 servicemen greeted me and told me that any tow truck driver knows to do that. In case I did not mention, I am a woman and I was by myself. I discovered what was wrong but did not know that I could go under and put it in gear myself (I guess I should have Googled on). Thank you, George & Son for ripping me off and taking advantage of what you probably thought was a stupid/desperate/helpless woman!!!! Wish I could leave no stars! read more

Wrote down the address for tow guy, and he still went to the wrong one and didn't even call to confirm that he had delivered.it even if it was to the wrong place.
