This is the second time I have used Devoe Collision Center. They did a great job! They work directly with my car insurance company. This time I just had the rear of my car repaired. Both times when picking up my car I looked over the car carefully and found something small they missed. So just double check, but they fixed it no problem. Fixed my bumper and hitch cover super fast. Unfortunately it wasn't a great job. Service was nice and people were great, but I probably could have painted it better in my garage. It's a lease, so eh, whatever, but I would look elsewhere if quality is important. Orange peel, dimpling, and a couple chips in the new paint. Check out the pics. Bonnie Hamm is so far below professional it is mind-boggling how she even shows up to work. I had to wait FOUR months to even get into this circle-jerk of a professional service center. I was sent here by State Farm, the insurance rep for the 87-year-old lady who totaled her rental on the back of my car. She had a rental due to totaling her car. Mr. Bonnie Hamm doesn't understand the most basic level of physics. MOVEMENT TRAVELS! Monday, April 6th (FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE ACCIDENT) When I dropped off my car, she wouldn't even make eye contact with me or look at me. She told the receptionist that I could go. I was 6 feet from the receptionist. My husband stopped by later to point out a few things I wasn't allowed to show Mr. Hamm. Upon arrival, my husband found my car unlocked and by the road. They had never met him, and they weren't expecting him. He got into my car, and nobody stopped him. He went into the "service center" and voiced his feelings about the location and accessibility of my vehicle. Mr. Dad-Bod (the service center manager), responded, "so." SO?!?!?! I have TV's in each of my headrests. I have speakers, there are thousands of dollars in upgrades on this, until January 17th, 2020, accident-free 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8. Mr. Dad-Bod slammed my keys on the desk and told my husband to take the car, and they didn't want it. My husband called the general manager, and she then sounded apologetic and embarrassed and promised to call him back, this was Tuesday. She assured him that they very much wanted to work on my car. She lied. He called and left her messages Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and got nothing. He called her three times on Friday. BINGO, she called him back right at closing. "We don't want to get in the middle of this and will not be working on your wife's car. Monday, they released the car without asking to see his ID or calling to ask me if it was okay to release the vehicle to anyone but me. As business owners, we will NEVER have a nice thing to say about this horrid company! You are all just awful. You take advantage of people that you know need their cars repaired. You try to screw them out of the actual damage done in the accident. I will never understand how people like you sleep at night! Bonnie Hamm, you are nothing short of a bully on the phone and a coward in person. You talk a lot of crap to the insurance company but run to Mr. Dad-Bod when you are called out. Thank goodness you have those BIG ol boys to hug you when you have been busted doing EVERYTHING wrong. Please do your next clients a favor and look up Newton's Cradle. I waited 3 weeks to just get an estimate for repair, now over 2 months later I still do not have repair scheduled. I believe they "forgot" to order the parts! I have called and the service advisor does not return calls. I am in Naples for the season so it is important to get the work done. Go somewhere else for repair! read more

I had to go through my insurance company due to a crash and was give Bonnie Hamm as the Allstate representative. I talked to her on the phone and made arrangements to meet her at DeVoe Friday morning at 8:00a. As of 8:30a Bonnie hadn't shown up, so I asked and was told she never arrives before 9:00a. When I explained I had an appointment someone else helped me. I called Bonnie the following Tuesday and spoke to her. She said the car is apart and they are waiting for parts and the car should be done late Thursday or Friday morning. I called Thursday afternoon and left a message, Bonnie never returned my call. Friday morning, I called and left another message and sent her an email. No return phone call and after 9:30p I received an email from Bonnie saying they found something else broken and the car won't be ready until Monday or Tuesday. Fast-forward; I left messages daily on Bonnies voicemail and she (NEVER) returned any of my phone calls. For the next two weeks I was told three different times they found something else broken and they are waiting on parts. What turned into a week and a half ended up being three weeks costing me over $380.00 additional in car rental fees. When we finally picked up the car, Bonnie still wasn't available. The only way I was kept up on the progress of my car is when I called and talked to someone else. Bonnie was completely useless making for a very stressful repair. As for DeVoe, how can they have everything apart, order parts then on three different occasions find something else broken. For a repair business they don't seen very thorough. read more
