Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

Cost me $2600.00 I visited the shop 2-3 times a week and the truck was not touched and excuses every time. The new excuse is MIKE the old mechanic that originally diagnosed the truck, no longer works there. Thomas said he didn't originally diagnose the truck so he wasn't the one but her verbally called out what needed to be done and agreed it was the oil pump! They advised flushing brake fluid yet 6 months earlier all 4 brakes were replaced, Did that brake fluid go bad in 6 months? The worst was I was shown photos barely visible of an oil leak. My car parks on a white concrete floor garage floor and in two weeks I haven't seen an oil spot. That would have been an almost $1000 repair that I declined. I think since Walter sold it two owners have owned it. I didn't recognize anyone from Walter's original change. My car will be serviced elsewhere from now on.and will never recommend them to friends. I also noticed that when Walter owned it all the bays were full but on two visits one 2 or 3 bays had cars being worked on. I used to recommend Walter to friends but no longer. Take note of reviews recently versus when Walter operated it.

Called ahead and they told me, no problem, to come in and they would help. When I arrived they saw us right away, and the manager (I didn't catch his name, beard, earring) oversaw the inspection himself. He was very thorough and took about 30mins to look over the entire vehicle. When he finished he explained a few things that might need attention now, and in the future. Very comprehensive and provided paperwork to take home with all the findings for negotiations. I can honestly say since this is a regular practice for me when buying a used car, I have done many "quick" inspections. I would say this was the best, most well explained, and top to bottom look I've dealt with. I cant explain how grateful I was to have it done, and so quickly since I was text driving the truck at the time. Bravo. Thank you to a great staff, and great experience.
