He is from the Napa store in Fort Myers on Boy s Scout Drive and happened to be in Naples for the day helping out. He was so incredibly helpful in getting me the battery I needed - even bringing it out to my car. As the store was not busy, I asked if he could help me switch it out. He told me that they normally do not do that, but since the store was not busy he would help me as he always likes to make the customer happy. It only took a couple minutes and I was on my way. Devin went way beyond what was expected and was so friendly and helpful, even wishing me a good day and to be safe when I left! He is an example of what customer service should be! I went to this location to buy a pair wiper blades because I had one falling apart. I had already…read morelooked up my size and correct blade for my vehicle. I went to the wiper blade section. All of the affordable options were out of stock, or only had one wiper blade so I had to select one of the more expensive ones. Paying twice as much as I had planed. I asked the person behind the counter to double check me to see if I had the correct size/type. She promptly told me that the computer system was down. After 10 or so mins of struggling with the system they managed to ring me up. I get home and go to replace my blades and they don't fit correctly. I go back up to the store and ask them to help me install them or see if I bought the incorrect blades. The guy tells me I bought the wrong ones and recommended a set that was even more expensive. I was also informed that the system was down and they could not process a return or exchange. He referred me to another store location that may be able to help. So I drive to that location and the system is down there as well!! As fate would have it we had a lot of rain the next morning and my ride to work was miserable and unsafe. They were I knowledgeable and tried to up sell me in an emergency situation! After work I go to get another location by Alico Rd. and the guy installs them for me in 5 mins and they were the correct wiper blades the whole time.

Not sure who the manager is, but it was like 3 monkeys screwing a football there. Unbelievable. What goes unknown to them now, is my Dad, who's car it was, gets a new one when they need new tires. This was a diagnosis for a warranty part. Not only would we never go there again, I will share with everyone to stay away from there. With more than 21 years of customer…read moreexperience at this car dealership, I finally have enough of this AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers location. The ownership of this franchise changed. The original Fort Myers Toyota was acquired by AutoNation several years ago. After the management changed, the car service slowly deteriorated. Many times, simple maintenance like car inspection and oil change took more than 3 hours. Yes, they have 60 service bays! Gone are Sunday service and the donuts at the customer service waiting area! I've taken my cars back 4 times because of negligent or bad service within a day or two after service. One time, the service technician had sent me picture of my tire leaking air during maintenance. The only problem is that I don't have that tire in the picture. It was a picture of another customer's tire. After the fake tire leaking air picture, I monitored and measured the tire pressure for more than 3 weeks. All tires pressure reading fine and TPMS light never went on! Now, they are upselling service whether you need or not! There is a 2% surcharge for credit card now! We'll buy another Toyota car. They are reliable but will not have service done at this location!
