Mike asked me for my groupon (I did buy the deal from that site) after that two guys started to work on my car. They spend like an hour doing my detailing and waxing, and I have no words to describe how good I felt when they gave me my car back. It was spotless (considering the situation that my car was to begin with). They also gave some recommendations so that next time I visit them have those in mind to make the overall look of my car better. I would definitively visit them again. Brought the car in, they retinted the 2 windows, then upon pickup they told me the price was $225. This was a surprise since we were told $100 over the phone. Not to mention they had marketing displays up for basic retint of an entire car for $150, premium tint for $175, and superior tint for $250. But yet somehow retinting my 2 windows was more than the cost of tinting an entire car and more than double what was quoted over thephone. When I asked about the prices on the display boards I was told "those prices are not correct, they have gone up, have you gone to Publix lately and seen the prices?" in sort of condescending way. Overall bad experience. This seems to be a common trend based on some of the other reviews...

I could not communicate with the other establishment. I had a product that I didn't know how to operate. He told me to stop by, and he would take a look. He took time out of his busy day to show how to use the product. Adam also took the time to ensure the product was adjusted correctly. I would not hesitate to use his services.
