Michel the owner recommended to paint the entire car, because according to him, the blend does not always perfectly match the original color. I took his advice and had the whole car repainted. I started to noticed discoloration and rust spots on the vehicle, brought the car back to pioneer, because Michel told me he stands behind his work. Boy was that a lie. He became very rude, and tried to find what ever excuse to explain away the poorly done paint job. Also, it seems they did not repaint the whole car as he claimed. Amazing deal I did not end up going that route because the Cadillac dealer offered me another $100 so I walked away from the car only paying $200. If I waited to turn the car in after end of lease I would have owed one more $600 car payment plus $2800 because I was 14,000 over mileage plus a down payment for the new car. That alone speaks volumes. Your entire response is based on your opinion of the vehicle's condition. Another national buyer evaluated the exact same vehicle and reached a very different conclusion. My issue has never been that you inspected the vehicle, it's that the preliminary expectation changed dramatically after I made the trip. If the vehicle truly had the extensive defects you describe, that should have been communicated more accurately during the appraisal process instead of after I arrived. This will be my final update. Readers can review both sides, compare the facts, and decide for themselves.
