You know who your friends are when you are in need and you're in need when you need a tow! Tows R Us came through when we were in a desperate situation. The tow truck driver arrived promptly and he was skilled and professional. It turned out the place we were going did not exist. Instead of leaving us in the middle of the street, the entire staff helped us out of our dilemma. They were more than professional, they were friends in a time of need, which puts them several notches above being merely professional. read more

Called and asked how much to tow a Ford E-350 about 10 miles. Quoted me $75. and when he came said the price would be $105. almost 50% higher and I told him I don't do business with people who quote one price and then want to charge a higher price. He left and I am calling to call someone else. read more

My boyfriend and I were on our way to go to Clewiston, FL when we got a flat tire. We called 2 other tow truck companies that claimed we were out of range even though we weren't. It wasn't until we called Tows Are Us when we finally got someone to help, that is, after 3 hours of already being stranded in the car waiting for the other tow truck companies. Anyway, he came out and got us in a timely manner and drove us to a shop. He even gave us a few tips on how to get a better deal on a new tire. Hopefully I won't have to use this service again, but if I do, I'll be calling this tow company only. Definitely recommend. read more

I have done business with Trevis On three separate occasions, and each time has been flawless. He is on time or early and has great customer service. 100% dependable. He is a man of his word and that is very rare to find in the Towing business. He seems to be a very honest guy, and seems to b on three separate occasions, and each time it has been flawless. He is on time early and has great customer service. 100% dependable. He is a man of his word and that is very rare to find in the Towing business. He seems to be a very honest guy, and drug free !!! It's sad that has to be said, but being in the automotive industry I know too many tow truck drivers that have shown up, look like they are either on something or in rough shape because the night before. His prices are extremely fair, and if I could give him six stars I would. read more

Incompetent would be too kind to say the least for this company's management. I drove from Miami to West Palm Beach to respond to a Craigslist post. I called in advance to set a time. When I arrived, no one was at the shop. After waiting an hour and calling 20+ times, I left. I was able to speak to one of the owners (after my eighth call) only for him to tell me that I must have spoken to his partner and there is nothing he could do. Moral of the story: don't get ripped off by these people that could care less about your time or money. read more
