It has been over two weeks with barely any communication from anyone at the company. The movers themselves were unprofessional, and the customer service afterward has been even worse. We were pressured to pay before our belongings would be released, then promised the issue would be corrected later -- which clearly has not happened. Extremely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or honest moving experience.

I was greeted on the phone by a gentleman named Gilbert who was, kind, helpful and professional. I explained my situation and urgency for help. He was more than willing to immediately assist me! Exceptional customer service. We agreed on a price and a time as I had a furniture delivery on the way. He politely asked me for my contact information so he could arrange this pick up for me. In the midst of getting everything together, I am almost hit by a car in my neighborhood while I'm walking. Now I'm extremely emotional, confused and have so much to deal with. Here comes Gilbert to the rescue. He had the most sweetest demeanor, was very calming and he literally carried a 6 foot heavy couch, down three flights of stairs by himself.. They also have bins in the back of the store if you want to just drop off the bags. For people who can't drop off or have large items of donation such as furniture, you can give them a call and schedule a time for pick up. No need to go into the details. Just do yourself a big favor and stay away from this towing service. I read on the net that tow trucks charge between $7.50-10 per mile. This guy charged me $20 a mile. He operates under a lot of different numbers, as I'm sure there have been many many complaints against him, and this way people don't know they are getting him. Just remember the address is 5438 River Plantation Road, Lake Worth. I am sure the positive reviews here are fake. This guy is the absolute worst. You've been warned. This guy is after your money.
