They were extremely quick to respond to my call and arrived within 20 minutes, which was amazing considering it was during rush hour traffic. The tow truck driver was professional and friendly, and made sure that my car was safely loaded onto the truck. 1 was also pleasantly surprised by the range of services offered by Chicos Towing. I was stuck on road due to a transmission leak in my car. They were able to quickly put me on a lift and change a seal for me on the spot. I didn't have to call anyone else for help, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. I needed to have a car towed to a local mechanic and someone recommended Chico's. When the driver showed up, he first looked at the newer pavers on the driveway and said that he didn't want his truck to damage them, which I appreciated. Then when we tried to use the remote to get into the car, it didn't work so the driver found a way to get the door open but only after trying to get the door unlocked with a special tool but it wouldn't work on this car. The battery was dead so he did most of the pushing to get the car out on the street and then onto the flatbed truck. This took over 45 minutes and I really expected him to give up and just leave, but this guy hung in there until he got the car on the flatbed and then safely delivered it. I can't imagine most people having his determination and patience and he was very nice throughout the entire time. Wohoo as good as it gets! These guys have so much going on, but they were still able to fix my transmission. Just talk to them for whatever you need. Chico and his professional employees are always great! I didn't like this noise my car was making, and they were able to go in there an isolate the problem. I was also able to sell my daughter's Chevy 2004 to these guys for quick cash. (he even gave me a little more than I thought).
