Honest, reliable, good price and work only done once.. I live about an hour north but if I have issues with my vehicles, I make the drive down to Griffin. Always done right the first time. The service manager Marc is outstanding. Very honest and eager to make the repairs for best prices around. Good garages are really difficult to find, this is one read more

The crew here is amazing! They are friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Had a tire issue that they promptly diagnosed and fixed. Wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Needed urgent evaluation of my car after a minor accident late in the day. Despite closing in 15 minutes, Griffin auto care immediately took my car back, quickly and efficiently addressed the issue, and sent me on my way within 10 minutes and without charge. Clearly, a reputable business, as they were working on official police cruisers for the city. Highly highly recommend! read more

From our first phone conversation to paying the bill, Angelo made every effort to take excellent care of me. I was very pleased, especially with the bill. Thank you Angelo!!! read more

They were dosed to call me back over a week ago for a final quote. Never did. I hate when businesses have ZERO integrity. Sales guy was Ryan. read more

I am a recent transplant to WPB, and needed to find a mechanic for my 2008 Mercedes E350. I brought in my car for multiple reasons from regular maintenance to a windshield replacement. Every time they exceeded my expectations at a good price point. I highly recommend Griffin Auto Care read more

My go to mechanic! Always done right the first time. They have been taking good care of me for almost 10 years! Highly reccommended

I moved to WPB a month ago when my 2004 Toyota broke down. I didn't know any local repair shops & AAA towed me to Griffin Auto Care. I met with Angelo who explained exactly what was wrong & that my car would have to stay at the shop as they had to order the parts necessary for the repair. Angelo stayed in touch with me several times over the next couple of days to inform me of exactly what was being done & what the cost would be. I Picked my car up today & it is now running perfectly. The shop is pristine & the entire staff is very professional & friendly. I highly recommend Griffin. read more

Relatively new to the WPB area and I needed a mechanic. Angelilo was as professional as professional gets. Great job, several called updates, reasonable rate. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. read more

A few months ago I had a little fender bender and as it was so small I didn't even go through my insurance. I took my BMW to another body shop who gave me a quote of nearly $3,000 thinking that my insurance was going to pay for it and I would not care. So next I went to Griffin Auto Care. They were very good, gave me an estimate of $400 and took my car in within days. In fact they even offered to fix a little scratch I had in another part of the car for free. The car was done one day after promised but that was no big deal. When I got home I noticed they had not fixed the other scratch I took it back and they honored their promise and fixed it right away. Everybody was courteous and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend them. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of one day late and forgetting the small scratch, but I was quite happy with them. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I get anxious going into auto repair centers. The window on my FIAT 500 would not budge. I had no one around to assist me with a ride. I contacted Arrigo where I purchased the car and they were busy (10 AM). Griffin's is within walking distance of my home and office. They told me to drop by. I go there at 11. They drove to get the parts and had my car finished by 1:00! I left there to do some business and when I got back to the office at 2:30, Arrigo service finally called back. This was such a positive experience. I will be consulting Griffin's from now on. read more

I have been dealing with this place for several years! They have always done me, and my vehicle right! Highly reccommend. They said my review was too short. So here I go. It's taken me several years to find mechanics I trust! This is them. Not once have I paid for a repair that was done right the first time! These are the people I trust! read more

Fantastic service and amazing job. My car looks like new. Came in for a dent and assorted nicks, dings and scratches. Great group of people who truly car about your car and the high quality of their work. Can't recommend them high enough. read more

I brought my 72 Ford Bronco to Griffin Auto to have the transmission, transfer case, and, door alignment and guts replaced as well as, the top half of motor redone. I spent about 7k. After 10 months I had the truck delivered to me and as it was coming off the flatbed, transmission fluid was pouring out of the front bell housing. I sent it back and contact the owner. The manager was a total thief and liar. The manager, who no longer works there, constantly fed me bs and i asked the owner to fix the situation. I was confident that he would but, he did not. I moved to Los Angeles recently and Griffin Auto worked on the truck to "fix" it as the owner wanted to restore my faith....... I had test drove it a few months ago and talked with the owner and expressed a few things like, the door won't open because the mechanisms are broken. This was one of the things I originally requested they fix. Some other things, I pointed out to him he said he would correct. The truck was just delivered today and after driving 4 blocks the transmission began leaking like crazy. The door on the drivers side cannot open because they didn't fix the door mechanism.....the alignment of the door is a mess as well..... What a waste of time and money and I was totally ripped off. So much for quality work and taking care of your customer. I think this place used old crappy parts for the transmission and god knows what else. I saw a bunch of receipts, but I just don't trust this place and the work obviously isn't professional. I should sue but, I don't have the energy after this marathon disaster. Beware of this place. read more

Actually didn't need to go but they were terrific to me and I would heartily recommend them. Made a house call and solved my car's problem immediately Bravo read more

Absolutely GREAT service! Aside from my 5am stressful disaster of hearing the tension pulley fall off, (I had fun researching for a bit trying to figure out what it was-I know nothing about auto repair mind you) they were beyond quick, compassionate and professional! I live in Orlando and happen to be in this area and thanks to MAPS, this was the closest location. I'm also impressed by their extremely comfortable guest area. I wish they were in Orlando! They'd have my business regularly! Highly recommended! read more

The air conditioning in my Doge Ram 2500 was not working. Tom got me in and had to do an extensive repair to get it operating properly. He was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the repair. The price was very fair. Tom even came in when the shop was closed to deliver my truck to me. That is great service. I will be back read more

Had a fender I sure from a neighbor backing in to my vehicle, took my escalade here for a appraisal for his insurance. Got a fast friendly estimate with no appointment. Marc in the main service building was very professional and had the body shop manager Chris look at my vehicle right away. After the approval made a appointment for the repairs. My vehicle was done as promised the follow up and attention to detail is second to none. Plus the work was incredible Definitely use them again read more

Vehicle needed a wheel alignment and brakes. Work was done as promised and reasonably priced. This place is close to downtown West Palm Beach. Drop off the car in the morning, go to work, pick it up after work. Absolutely no problems. Great work. Friendly. read more

Thieves. I dropped my truck off at Griffin's to get the right rear quarter panel fixed and painted. Minor damage caused from a rear ending, no big deal. I stupidly left my Dell laptop and iPod Classic in the truck. It took 7 weeks to fix damage the size of a textbook. When I got the truck back, my laptop and iPod were missing. I asked to have this issue remedied, but was told management couldn't do anything about it, and was called a "iron liar" and "high profiling, strofiling, limousine riding clown." They're thieves and I'm filing suit. Do not recommend, STAY FAR AWAY. They will take forever to repair your car, and you'll reiceve it with any and all belongings gone. Enjoy the lawsuit, Griffin's. read more

This is one of the worst car mechanics I've had to deal with in my life. I dropped off my car and the salesman told me if it's something simple, we may not even charge you for diagnostics. At most, you're looking at around $109. I left my car over night; the next morning he calls and says the diagnostics have been especially difficult and now we have to start running the clock on the diagnostics, we've had to pull the whole engine apart and this will be complex. At this point I was freaking out about a major problem with the engine. Later, he calls and says oh it was the spark plugs.. To change spark plugs they insisted on a $477 bill, and at this point I was already gonna be charged more than $150 for these 'very complex' spark plug diagnostics so I had to do it. When I indicated how ridiculous this was, the salesmsn said give me a minute let me see what we can do. He left then came back with the manager who started insulting me and yelling at me aggressively and highly inappropriately in the middle of the place. I would never go back there and I truly hope they can learn proper etiquette in dealing with clients. read more
