Next morning my wife goes out to the garage and sees hood touchups in 4 spots under artificial lighting. Took it out and put 50 miles on it Left rear brake was squeaking and I felt something in the peddle. Left rear brake has damage. Mercedes of Bonita Springs is going over the car next week. I'm scared! This is what I get for not being satisfied with my beautiful 23 E450 Coupe. That said the actual purchase aspect was quick straight forward and easy. Too bad they weren't upfront about the condition of the car. I asked if it was MINT.

My goal was to have the windshield along with all of the side and rear windows tinted. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 AM, with an appointment at 12:00 PM. I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. I'll definitely be back for PPF and ceramic coating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazin Tint to anyone looking for high-quality tint work.
