My Mercedes stopped shifting and I called to see if they could fix it and Marco said tow it to us…read moreand we'll fix it. After towing it to them for $185 he called saying he was replacing the brake switch because my brake lights were always on and thought that would fix the shifter. When I dropped off my car I had no issues with the brake lights and they definitely weren't always on but he said he needed to replace it and it would probably fix the shifter issue. After they replaced the brake switch he called and said I needed to tow it to a dealership because they could not fix it and wouldn't release the car until I paid them for the useless part and labor they did costing me $225 plus the additional tow. When it got to the Mercedes dealership they said an ABS error light was on which I had never seen before and the switch Mobile Mechanix put in was faulty. I called and talked to Marco at Mobile Mechanix and told him what the dealership said and he said they were just trying to get more money from me and said it was because I was female and didn't know anything about repairing cars and they were trying to take advantage of me. The dealership then told me whatever Mobile Mechanix did shorted out the ESP module which would cost $1700 to fix. When I confronted Mobile Mechanix, Luis the owner, would not take any responsibility and actually told me to fix my own car myself because obviously they didn't know how to. He was telling me to put my emotions aside when I wasn't even getting emotional and he had no right to say that to me. They were totally unprofessional and took no responsibility for what they did to my car. If you need your car fixed I would definitely take it elsewhere especially if you're female because apparently they like to use that against you. The dealership fixed the shifter issue and now I'm stuck dealing with the brake lights issue that wasn't even a problem in the first place.

Ryan and his team are absolutely incredible! I'm always bragging about my mechanic and recommending…read morehim to anyone who asks. I've been bringing my vehicles to them for years, and I've never had a single bad experience. From their honesty and clear communication to the entire repair process, everything is top-notch. What stands out the most is how Ryan takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand--which, as a woman, means a lot to me. Unfortunately, some mechanics take advantage of women, assuming we don't understand car issues. But Ryan is different. I like to have at least a basic idea of what's going on, and he always breaks things down in a way that makes sense. As a single mom, I truly appreciate the trust, respect, and support I get from Ryan and his team. I couldn't recommend them more!

I arrived and was greeted by Miguel, behind the desk. Told him I was there due to the excellent reviews his shop had received. Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises.
