I called around to a few other shops beforehand, and some were quoting ridiculous turnaround times, up to two days just for a diagnostic check. Maja had me in and out within about five hours, which exceeded my expectations. What I appreciated most was how straightforward, friendly, and HONEST the experience was. There was no BS, no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, and everything was explained clearly. For everyone, I…read morerarely write reviews, but EF Tire & Auto Repair truly deserves one. This has been, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had with a mechanical repair shop. I chose EF Tire & Auto Repair based solely on the excellent online reviews and because it was conveniently located near my home. I didn't have a personal recommendation, but I'm so glad I trusted what other customers had to say. From the moment I dropped off my car, I received outstanding customer service. The team treated me with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. They understood my situation and kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. Because of their honesty and transparency, I felt completely comfortable leaving my car with them and going to work without worrying. Although the repair took some time, I appreciated that they were being thorough and making sure everything was done correctly rather than rushing the job. At one point, my car required a specialized repair that could only be handled by the Hyundai dealership. Instead of simply telling me to take it there myself, they personally transported my car to the dealership for me. That level of service and dedication is something you rarely find today. I'm still waiting for my car because it's receiving the care it needs, but I have complete confidence that it's in the best hands. I also want to give special recognition to PATRICK, who has been my main point of contact throughout this process. His professionalism, communication, and genuine empathy have made a stressful situation so much easier. He truly cares about his customers, and it shows. I highly recommend EF Tire & Auto Repair to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, and customer-focused auto repair shop. They have earned my trust, and they will definitely have my business for years to come. Thank you again for your services Juan Morales

I decided to wait bc I had my mom with me and it would be less running around. While waiting, I also spoke with Patrick their General Manager, and Tony their Manager. All 3 were very friendly and kind. They answered all my questions, and explained everything. I had my elderly mom with me and these guys had a lot of patience. What I really loved about Apex is besides selling tires, they take pictures of what's wrong with your vehicle and add it to your online profile account so you can see up close and personal what's wrong and the parts they replaced. This place seems to be very honest and truthful which is rare. They will also give you an estimate. You can go online to see all work done. I highly recommend making an appointment. This place gets very busy. They have two buildings. One in the front of the driveway, and one towards the back. The actual entrance is in the front building. They have a small waiting area.
