They didn't have the model we wanted in stock. But offered us a higher end model at the same price. I thought it was too good to be true but they assured me it was. We made an appointment to see them that evening. Well, like they say, if it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't true. Sure enough, when we arrived, they wanted $5 grand more. I had spoken to Zack Coker earlier and he had offered us the model we wanted at a great price. Said they could give it to us that night. So after the horrible experience at Hendrick Honda (oops, did that slip out?), I was prepared to be disappointed once again. We arrived at 7 that night, 2 hours before closing. They assured me we could complete the transaction and go home with our car that night. Zack was off that day (but he still set up the sale) and had asked colleague Ed Haddad to meet with us. He had the contract all typed up and ready to go. We pored over it and wouldn't you know, the price was exactly as promised. I kept asking, are you sure? They were as good as their word. The finance manager (Tyler, if memory serves) made the payment process as smooth as could be. And we went home that very night with our shiny new Honda.

From the time that I arrived and test drove an SUV, purchased it with cash and still had to go and sit at the finance dept., it took 6 hours of my time to leave with the vehicle only to return to have a part replaced the next week and they ordered the wrong part. The sales person Nicholas was nothing special. Nice guy but he could have cared less about making car buying a five star experience. It should not take 45 minutes to make a sale and a whole day to drive it off the lot. I will not be returning for any other service because if buying took forever, I don't care to experience the service department.

Shortly after that, one of the headlights burned out, which required yet another trip back to the dealership. It hasn't even been two weeks and I CURRENTLY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE CAR I PURCHASED because it's still being serviced. What makes this experience even worse is the COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION. The person who is supposed to assist customers is NEVER AVAILABLE, and calling the dealership is practically POINTLESS. I've called every number I could find multiple times, and no one answers or provides any real help. The only way to get any response seems to be driving to the dealership in person, which ends up being a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. This has been a HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE, and I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here--especially a PRE-OWNED VEHICLE. Based on my experience, you should not expect transparency, clear answers, or responsive support. Even calling ALL THREE BUILDINGS/LINES associated with the dealership has been a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. BUYER BEWARE.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I brought my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq back this week, but this visit was night-and-day different -- easily one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I was fortunate to work with service advisor Chris Toskulauzidis this time, and I can honestly say he is an absolute stand-up professional. Chris was kind, attentive, and proactive from the moment I arrived. He listened carefully to every concern, kept me updated almost daily, and truly went above and beyond. He personally took my Lyriq on multiple test drives to track down the noises I was hearing and made sure everything was fixed correctly before returning the car. The master technician on Lyriqs, Brian, was equally outstanding. He diagnosed the issue perfectly, applied the latest service bulletin that Cadillac released, and completely resolved a problem that had been plaguing my car for months. Brian even took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I fully understood what was done. I was provided a comfortable loaner vehicle the entire time, and when I picked up my Lyriq it was running better than ever. To Chris Toskulauzidis, Manager Armondo Davila, and Master Technician Brian -- thank you from the bottom of my heart. You three represent what true customer service should be. You turned a previously frustrated customer into a very happy one, and you've absolutely earned my future business and my highest recommendation. Stood there and felt like we were in everyone's way. A number of employees walked past us. Nobody said anything. NOTHING. We weren't sure what to do. Employees at the desks are chatting with each other and nobody says anything to customers. I was feeling invisible. Stood there forever before anyone said anything. Maybe a sign would help. Maybe an employee should greet you when you come in. Just suggestions... Not a welcoming feeling at all. Not friendly. I am going to dread coming here every time I need an oil change. Or I will try finding a new Cadillac location. The entire experience made me feel like they just want my money.

    I am extremely disappointed with this dealership's customer service. I purchased a Corvette from…read morethem in January 2025 and also paid for a warranty, which was added directly to my loan. When I attempted to have my vehicle repaired, I was informed that the warranty was never activated by the dealership. Since August 13, 2025, I have repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding this issue. Despite countless phone calls and voicemails, I have only spoken once with Mark Rapp, the finance manager, and Sergio, the sales manager--and neither has returned any follow-up calls. I have even gone to the dealership in person, despite living far away, and the lack of care, urgency, and accountability is unbelievable. Because of their failure, I have been unable to repair critical issues on my vehicle. A functioning trunk is essential in such a small car, and now my seat belt has been torn for over two months. Due to the dealership's error with the warranty, I cannot get it fixed--putting my safety at risk should an accident occur. I have been told the dealership has gone through multiple finance representatives, which likely explains how this situation occurred, but that does not excuse the continued neglect or broken promises. No one follows through, and no one takes responsibility. I strongly do not recommend purchasing a warranty through this dealership, as mine was paid for but never honored. This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and completely unacceptable.
