That's $700/month for a 25 footer on the Gold Plan, which includes a quarterly detail, a wash at every launch, unlimited launches, 24 hour marina access, and free engine flushes after every launch. The other plans have fewer features. Some parts of the yard are really starting to look run down, docks look OK. Seems to be staffed by Millennial potheads that do not understand business or customer service.

First, you will notice all of the good reviews are older ones (well, except for the 5 star review left by Chris Partridge, the new owner). Back before it was sold, the marina was family owned, and they treated all of it's customers like family. I would have happily given a 5 star review back then, it was an amazing place to keep the boat. In December of 2020, the marina was purchased by Partridge Equity Group. My nightmare started in July of 2021, when they refused to launch my boat, claiming that they had "lost" their billing records (I was on autopay). At no point did they even attempt to contact me, this time claiming they "lost" their customer contact information. When I attempted to pay them, they attempted to charge late fees and a "retroactive billing increase", including late fees and billing increases for months that I had paid in full, totaling thousands of dollars. For 3 months, I attempted to help them reconcile their "lost" accounting records, and even had to send them all of my credit card statements, not once, but twice. Every time I would make progress with one of the new "site managers", they would quit or be fired. The employees refused to provide contact information for the owners, but eventually I was able to hunt down an email address on my own from the owners public LinkedIn profile. To make a long story short, after making contact with the owner, it became painfully aware that they had no intention of resolving the issue, and I was forced to take them to court to get my boat back. After the successful court settlement, I attempted to pick up the boat. The marina refused to put my boat on my trailer (the previous owners had done this for me dozens of times in the 6 years I was there). I gave them back my gate key, and asked for them to return my boat keys. Par for the course, they refused to give me my boat keys, claiming they "lost them". I used my spare set, and was directed to go find a public ramp.

The staff is pretty good at making sure you're taken care of and you don't have to worry about getting thirsty. We decided to try something new an come in for happy hour and the lobster special. Our lobsters were a little small but overall cooked perfectly. The special comes with a salad and side which makes the price worth it. They sat everyone 6 feet apart and there are little windows at the bar to keep you social distanced there. There was no indoor seating or valet parking when we were there but they were allowing boat docking. If the weathers nice they usually have the walls rolled up giving the true tiki water front vibe! All in all, a great place to be!

The problem was the bathrooms they were potable and that's fine also normally..., BUT THEY WERE NOT WORKING!!! It was absolutely disgusting not one worked snd let's just say pretty much unusable I let the staff know that they might want/need to do something and it went yo deaf ears! This is a restaurant and pretty packed lots of families and not cheap and they should have a backup emergency plan... We will not be going back anytime soon

My wife and I keep a pair of jet skis with Marina One. The convenience factor enables/motivates us to use them multiple times per week, which means that the utilization factor more than pays for itself. The proximity to the Boca Inlet is a huge plus. Depending on day of week, hour of day, month of year, inter-coastal speed limits vary- but we're never more than ~15~25 min from the ocean. Moreover, the service has been exemplary. The staff are engaging, attentive, helpful, and genuinely make us feel welcome. Never has there been an issue with short notice trailer loads/unloads, dock loads/retrievals. This is a great example of a business where the employees make a difference- something we're extremely appreciative of. We look forward to our visits as a result. Compared to the cost and hassle of having to deal with refueling and trailering skies to/from home/rental space, in my view this service (while not exactly "cheap") offers a fantastic value proposition. Highly recommended. Andre & Kari

The facility is very new and kept very clean, service is always accommodating and friendly. They can fuel your boat and offer ice and many other amenities. They even have an email notification to tell us when our boat is in the water ready to go after we make the request. Launches were early on time and despite making reservation and calling ahead, we still wait around the yard for our boat to be launched. We added the Platinum service package which was $10/ft (so $350 extra per month for us on top of storage base fee), which eventually we stopped getting inspection updates/battery voltmeter readings and charging confirmations. They don't deliver what you pay for. Onboard boat property (ie) fenders, extra anchor, charging cables went missing and when brought up to staff specifically Lauren or Rocky, we got arms in the air "oh well" attitude. Even our $500 water mat went mysteriously missing when we pulled our boat from them. Just days before that, the water mat was behind our boat where it was stored on the ground level. Again, no one seemed to know about it or even remember the water mat despite showing emails where it was discussed with management (new Loggerhead Mgmt and former Mgmt Margo Hunt....they still denied knowing about even with the emails showing responses acknowledging mat behind out boat) This marina is one of the most expensive marinas for dry dock and they just took away services when management changed, yet the fees stayed the same. Washes not done well at all, the boat was always dirty when they pulled it from barn rack. The "complete wax and detail" 4 per year included in Platinum package never fully done. I'd have to go down there when they are doing it to make sure it's detailed the way it should be. There is no accountability at all, it's really sad and unfortunate that this is just another typical S Florida business. I'd be happy to share the package inclusions to show what was paid for and then videos and photos to show how the boat was presented to us. If they offer any extras do not do them, especially if it's for an added package to your base storage fee. If your batteries need to be charged don't let them do it, they will kill your batteries, leave your boat on, and then make it seem as though it's your fault. Invest in a battery alert system and an inverter on/off switch. shop around and pay close attention to detail if you go with this marina. Keith and Michael
