I was upset because I could not speak to human about the raise in my rent but after my review my problem was solved by Sheree who immediately solved my go problem. Very good manager and service, thank you! read more

No human to speak to. No replies from customer service. After a year and 3 increases from $275 to now $467 I'm packing my stuff and moving to a competitor nearby. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS DERPERATE!!! read more

I originally got a small 5x5 outdoor unit at $49/month...4 months later they said they were going to increase it to $75/month - I called them and told them that is not what I signed up for and told them I was leaving. They said they would put me back on the $45/month plan bc that was what I agreed on - then without me knowing or agreeing they switched it to $75/month the next month. Now they've raised it to $95/month. They've doubled the price in less than a year. No one is EVER on site and the 1 time I try to visit my unit to move my stuff out, the key I received to my lock does not work. The property manager never answers the phone. I leave voicemail after voicemail and never receive a response either. The only time I received a call back was months back when I complained about it being raised from $45 to $75 and I've never received a message or call back since (and I called multiple times when I found out they were raising it again, and never received a response). read more

David was incredibly helpful, actually went out of his way to make the storage process easy. The corporate structure sucks but individually this guy was great! read more

First experience was very clean. When I went to the front desk to speak with the staff member they were very friendly and helpful with figuring out where the unit was located. read more

David was great! He walked me through everything. it was quick and easy. The place is clean and secure.

Convenient, clean & friendly staff with good communication at booking & upon arrival. I booked a 10'x10' space to accomodate a Studio apt furnishings, a bike, some boxes. Feeling like we had it figured out arrived to unload and rolled up the bay door to find a smaller space than reserved. Got my trusty tape measure and found it 8'x9'. We managed to stack & squeeze, made it work. Maybe a disclaimer or the word estimated dims., could be more or less the size quoted. Love the app. for easy in & out. read more

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Facility was clean, safe and accessible. Would recommend to everyone.

Very clean and safe property. I didn't need to see the employees often, but, when I did they were always professional and helpful.

It was easy to make reservation. The space was perfect and clean. I also have another unit closer to home, and very satisfied there as well. read more

Had an interaction with a very rude employee by the name of Tyler. In attempt to rent my new space he insisted that I had to purchase a lock. When I knew this to be false. He called a "Tiffany" on the store phone, on speaker, and when she told him he was incorrect her hung up on her and became hostile. I asked for his name he refused to give me it, I only got it once the cops arrived and corporate was on the phone. He called me a B*tch and D*ck sucker. Then proceeded to tell me he was not renting me my unit and canceling my reservation. Then called the Boca Raton PD, (officer Desir arrived approx 20 min. later)and tried to report a trespassing I began recording and the obscenities did not stop there. Called a second person on the phone whom he stated he was calling the " owner " the man also on speaker phone replied "I am not the owner" and sat on the phone while Tyler continued to call me profane names. Also canceled my reservation as I called corporate on him. Tyler also stated to the man on the phone that he, Tyler was in the phone (personal cell phone with mom). He continually tried to justify him canceling my reservation and call me names and threaten trepassing. I waited for the officer and gave my side and also made report with corporate. I knew the lock was I had was a good lock I had because I brought from the Public Storage at a different location in which I was relocating from. I had already spoken to the location manager Wednesday earlier this week and discuss my reservation. Public Storage this is what you want your company represented as? Sicken. People need to know when they are wrong and correct it. Bad for business. read more

Terrific facility. Clean and secure. Carts readily available. Did everything online and was moving into the unit in less than an hour. Seamless. read more

If you enjoy getting robbed of over $30k in property and having no responsibility taken by management this is the place for you. Over 50 storage units were robbed on February 10, 2023, and the thief was on-site for 2.5 hours without anyone noticing. Since that time the renters have been provided with no information other than the phone number of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (who are also unresponsive) and have dealt with incredibly rude staff. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING ROBBED!!!! read more

I recently rented a garage here and it was fast, simple process. The manager of this development, Jason was very nice and helpful

I recently had the pleasure of working with George to identify a storage unit to meet my needs. From the minute I walked in the door until I drove out the gate, George was extremely professional, , courteous and knowledgeable about the various spaces, and very customer-centric. We quickly completed the paperwork (all contactless), and then he showed me the clean storage unit. Great news, George provide me with a QR code, and now I have the app on my phone, accessing the facility without entering a code, and more! Thanks, George. read more

Facility is generally very clean and well maintained. I did have a problem though with Rat droppings on some of my storage items and art work. The location is great as well. My problem with PS is that they have doubled my rent in approximately 3 - 4 years from when I first got my unit. Prices that were once reasonable have shot up sky high. I guess that's what storage places do but its really a poor business practice. read more

Great place for storage in Boca Raton! Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll use this Public Storage again when I need it.

Although we haven't moved in yet I was impressed with the look and vastness of the facility They offer various storage sizes and upon initial inspection it looked to be clean and well organized Denise showed me around and got me setup in no time, relieving my fears about an upcoming move The facility is climate controlled with passcode gate in an easily accessible area Both Denise and Jason have everything under control and now I can breathe a little easier Thanks guys! read more

I received a call fro Jason that I was late on payment. I explained my situation and would pay on Friday. He said if it wasnt a double payment he was auctioning off my items on Tuesday no exceptions. If I knew this is how they treat people and their goods, i would have never thought about using them. Ive never experienced customer service like this in my life. I suggest you go with a different company. read more

Julie was very helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend; the facility is clean, easily accessible and well-kept!

I have been using Public Storage for 15 years. Everything runs fairly smoothly and any problems are taken care of. I recently had a billing issue. Serena handled it for me and she went above and beyond by taking care of it, following up and calling me back to let me know that everything was handled. She's a real professional and a great team member for Public Storage. read more

My rate was raised 30% without notice 5 months after I moved in. The lease states they are to give written notice prior to raising rates, but I received nothing. The staff at the Clint Moore, Boca location were not honest with me from the first day I contacted them for a unit. Please avoid this business and try to find a storage facility that cares about people and not dollars. read more

The facility is clean and people are nice....1 star! Pricing is dishonest though. Forced to upgrade to a unit 2 feet bigger for an extra $20 since my reserved one wasn't cleared out...ok fine. Now after less than 5 months price increased $50, management says they can do this whenever they like. Not a fan of being taken advantage of so finding another place to store my things, thanks Public Storage! read more

Easy to get to off I-95 and no traffic to deal with in that street. Excellent assistance from the 1800 number staff to help select the right size Then the onsite staff were very helpful. The move in discounts are excellent! Huge room in between the units so a big truck can get in and around easily. read more

I got the unit I wanted for a price better than I was paying at Cube Smart. But I had to wait about 5 months checking all the time, as I could of easily have paid more than Cube Smart if I got it in the summer months. Public Storage's rates change all the time (weird). Everything went real smooth as I had Binalee the manager helping me. Place is very clean & the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this facility. read more
