well. it appears cubesmart has as good a district manager as well as their store managers…read more i was expecting a call from someone but nothing. they obviously don't want my business nor do they care about their customers. i've been using public storage for years and decided to give cubesmart a chance. back to public storage update*** their district manager called me to apologize. absolutely no accommodations for my inconvenience. they have no idea what it means to have a happy customer... update i was promised that lighting would be available over my unit today,saturday. i was there at 4pm and guess what? no lights! i pay for lights and i have to use a flashlight to find my things. i am appauled that i wasnt offered something to make this right. my daughter told me today that shes with cubesmart, i had no idea. its south of me. this is her last month. when i get the truck to move my stuff, im moving hers too. this company will never get a dime from me.

Mine was on the 3rd floor. Great security of your all me. BTW, I've never seen a better kept, cleaner facility anywhere! Orlaine Adams is the Facility Manager, Jerome McCray the Assistant Manager. Although I hadn't been there in a few years, they both remembered me when I came in. They both greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. They remembered that I was going through multiple surgeries when my possessions were moved in! It was time for me to finally go through my belongings to see what I wanted to save, donate and sell. If I ever have need of a storage facility, I'll be back there for sure! They have great move in specials and the prices are very reasonable for the safety and security they offer. They really mean it when they say temperature-controlled, which I appreciate. It's a very cool lower 70's in there. Even the bathroom is kept clean. I felt very safe at this location. Anyone can drive up to this building, there is no gate, however, you can't get in the building unless you have a code. And for security, the doors time-out and you will have to put your code in again. Somewhat inconvenient when you're moving in a lot of stuff, but I like the security of that. People can't just walk up and get in. Also, there are security cameras in the building. I switched from Public Storage in Coral Springs because it was dirty and barely temperature-controlled, almost 80 and some areas you don't even feel it...,but you're still paying extra for that feature. And I didn't feel safe walking around that location. When I arrived at Extra Space Storage with my movers, Gary personally walked me over to my space. Vikki came to meet me and make sure everything was up to par. The customer service here is great. They really made this a pleasant experience. You definitely get your money's worth at Extra Space Storage, I highly recommend this location and Vikki.

But Got charged for the full month of December. Called at least 7 times with my complaint and keep getting an AI who talks to me. He states he is sending it as urgent for them to call me back that day and I never get a call back. I have my credit card company disputing the charge. But I can't talk to a person on this and keep getting an AI. Even though I received notice they received my move out form, my online account doesn't show that I moved out. Again I received a notice in November that they received my moving out form. We've left the place on November 25th as too dangerous to park a travel trailer there. It's packed like sardines everywhere, and the roadway is only the width of a car.
